  1. Logged on for the first time in a loooooong time (fatherhood has kept me very busy) to see that the forums are shutting down gonna miss this place. Made my account when i was a senior in high school and now im 26. Hoping to join in on discussion on whatever other forums are being made.
  2. Pick 2: Edelman vs Den DeAndre Hopkins vs JAX Rishard Matthews vs KC Crabtree vs SD And finally: L. Murray vs SD or Yeldon vs HOU?
  3. Breaks my heart. RIP Tray Walker. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family, friends, and loved ones. 23 is too young.
  4. According to Ian Rapoport, Casey Heyward to the Chargers. 3 years for $15.3M. Jermaine Gresham back to the Cardinals. Took less money to go back there. Other teams offered him 4 year deals.
  5. Like others have said, sad to see Daryl go. I do feel like there's a chance Ozzie told him to go find his market value, and come back and see what we can work out though. But it won't hurt me if Daryl goes after more money elsewhere. He's 33 and only has a year or 2 left probably. He already was starting to get replaced by Orr quite a bit this past year.
  6. A few questions. I'm in my championship game this week (with $200 on the line), so I'm a questioning my whole lineup it seems lol. QB (pick 2): Brady vs. NYJ, Palmer vs GB (and he's questionable), Rivers vs OAK (tonight). Was gonna go with Brady and Palmer. But Palmer being questionable worries me, especially considering that the Cardinals are already in the playoffs, and might just sit him. WR (pick 3): Travis Benjamin vs KC Brandon LaFell vs NYJ (he's questionable) Malcom Floyd vs OAK Aiken vs PIT Doug Baldwin vs STL (questionable as well) Was gonna go with Baldwin, Aiken, and Benjamin here. Baldwin has been absolutely on fire the last 4 weeks. Aiken is our only weapon it seems, and Benjamin because he is the only other good option i have. Don't like LaFell against Revis or Cromartie. And finally RB: Jeremy Hill vs DEN or Rashad Jennings vs MIN Was going with Hill here, cause he's usually good for a TD or 2, but faces the tough Denver defense this week. So i could go either way here.
  7. I watch it on netflix. Seasons 1-4 i watched like twice and they just put up season 5 and watched it 2 days. I love that show.
  8. Yeah i've heard that too. Someone else said they simulated a few years, and Blaine Gabbert won the 49ers job and took them to the super bowl. Gotta fix that. no way that happens. lol
  9. Just recently finished Six Feet Under....add that to my list of favorite shows. Also started Oz and I'm about a season in and it seems pretty good so far. Old shows i know, but with Amazon instant video getting hbo shows, i've been using it more.
  10. My wife recently bought amazon prime for us. I finished Eastbound & Down in the last week I was on vacation. Such a funny show with some really awkward moments lol
  11. My thoughts exactly.
  12. Man, this was just one big troll show. Sigh. Tuned in for a potential CM Punk return, Shield/Wyatts 2.0, a Ziggler fight, and hopefully Bryan would beat Batista. And yet no CM Punk, the Shield basically broke up, the Ziggler/Del Rio fight lasted all of about 5 minutes, and The Authority had to disrupt the fight and destroy Daniel Bryan. Sigh. But I'm really beginning to believe that this whole CM Punk this is just a work. There's no way he would still be on the active roster if he actually "quit" right? Plus, he was mentioned by Paul Heyman, Brock, and John Cena (also he was mentioned in the Raw Pre-show on the wwe network). Just seems like to me if this was actually legit, they would write him off and never really talk about him.
  13. Its not exactly easy to draft the "new Ed Reed/Rod Woodson". Those players don't exactly grow on trees. Bashing Matt Elam already, after a year? When he's playing outside of his true position? Welp, seen it all now. Back on topic: I don't want Suggs to go anywhere. I think he would be a bigger loss than people think. Extend his deal to lower his cap hit. He's getting older, but he still has plenty of gas left in the tank if he can just stay in shape.
  14. Anybody see this promo that Ziggler did last night? He's pretty mad, as he should be. Hopefully he starts to get pushed soon, only got a year left on his contract. http://www.wwe.com/videos/tom-phillips-interviews-dolph-ziggler-after-his-match-wwe-app-exclusive-jan-31-2-26179139
  15. Really want to believe (hope) its Shanahan. My gut tells me Hostler though, sadly.
  16. Um, don't get me wrong, I love Jacoby and all, but the guy has never had over 562 yards in a season in his career. He's a great return man, and x-factor, but he's an average WR at best.
  17. Not that it means much, but according to the owner of Jimmy's Seafood in baltimore, Gary Kubiak and his wife were in town tonight eating dinner there. Could just be a coincidence obviously, but it could also mean we have an interview planned. https://twitter.com/JohnnyCrabCakes/status/423307661682413568 (Fun fact: He said he saw Mike Martz at BWI tonight as well. lol)
  18. I live in York as well, West York to be particular. Seems like there's a good bit more Eagles fans lately (imagine that). No real issues wearing Ravens gear. During football season, we are allowed to wear our jerseys to work, so i've heard it all from the steelers fans, but i just ignore them. lol
  19. I'm not liking what I'm hearing on twitter so far. Balfour supposedly wants a 3 year deal, and we are offering 2 years, and are not budging. And then some media people are saying we offered Cruz a contract, while others are saying we aren't even interested in him. Not sure exactly whats going on, lol.
  20. We are supposedly interested in a number of people. But I'm not getting my hopes up for any of them. According to a lot of analysts on twitter a few names on the list are: Bartolo Colon, Nelson Cruz, Johan Santana, Gavin Floyd, Jason Hammel, and Logan Morrison. Floyd and Santana would be incentive-laden deals if that were to even happen at all.
  21. Oh really? I didn't know that. I thought he meant he would retire in general. My bad
  22. To anyone that says that Jones wants to retire here: Boldin said he would retire if we traded him, look how that worked out. I understand Jacoby loves being here, and has a tattoo and all, but its still whats best for him. If someone offers him more, he's gone. I want him to stay too, and hope he does, for the right price.
  23. At this point, i doubt Art Jones is gonna come back. Some team hungry for a defensive lineman thats good at run defense and just as good at rushing the QB will overpay.
  24. I'd rather get Monroe/Daryl Smith/Pitta back before Jacoby. If he doesn't want too much, sure. I'd love to have him back.
  25. Derp. Yeah idk what i was thinking. lol
