  1. Like others have said, sad to see Daryl go. I do feel like there's a chance Ozzie told him to go find his market value, and come back and see what we can work out though. But it won't hurt me if Daryl goes after more money elsewhere. He's 33 and only has a year or 2 left probably. He already was starting to get replaced by Orr quite a bit this past year.

  2. A few questions. I'm in my championship game this week (with $200 on the line), so I'm a questioning my whole lineup it seems lol.

    QB (pick 2):

Brady vs. NYJ, Palmer vs GB (and he's questionable), Rivers vs OAK (tonight).

Was gonna go with Brady and Palmer. But Palmer being questionable worries me, especially considering that the Cardinals are already in the playoffs, and might just sit him.

    WR (pick 3):

    Travis Benjamin vs KC

Brandon LaFell vs NYJ (he's questionable)

    Malcom Floyd vs OAK

    Aiken vs PIT

Doug Baldwin vs STL (questionable as well)

Was gonna go with Baldwin, Aiken, and Benjamin here. Baldwin has been absolutely on fire the last 4 weeks. Aiken is our only weapon it seems, and Benjamin because he is the only other good option i have. Don't like LaFell against Revis or Cromartie.

    And finally RB:

Jeremy Hill vs DEN or Rashad Jennings vs MIN

Was going with Hill here, cause he's usually good for a TD or 2, but faces the tough Denver defense this week. So i could go either way here.

  3. A couple of weeks ago I started rewatching episodes of How I Met Your Mother from seasons 3 and 4, which became a marathon of sorts that I just finished tonight. Man, I forgot how glorious that show was in its heyday. I feel like it really fell into "poor man's sappy romantic drama" in season 7. I'm coming around on the finale though, I can see what they were trying to do and I can appreciate how they did it.

Anyway, does anyone watch The League? I see the new season promises to be as irreverent as ever.

I watch it on netflix. Seasons 1-4 i watched like twice and they just put up season 5 and watched it 2 days. I love that show.

  4. Reading on Operation Sports Forums, it seems for the only real issues are the sim stats for quarterbacks and the untouched AI's re-signing ability. From what I was reading, Andrew Luck would end up leaving the Colts after his rookie contract expired, Christian Ponder somehow became a great starter(someone said in their league he led the league in passing), and well you know the rest.

Yeah i've heard that too. Someone else said they simulated a few years, and Blaine Gabbert won the 49ers job and took them to the super bowl. Gotta fix that. no way that happens. lol

  5. Just recently finished Six Feet Under....add that to my list of favorite shows. Also started Oz and I'm about a season in and it seems pretty good so far. Old shows i know, but with Amazon instant video getting hbo shows, i've been using it more.

  6. Man, this was just one big troll show. Sigh. Tuned in for a potential CM Punk return, Shield/Wyatts 2.0, a Ziggler fight, and hopefully Bryan would beat Batista. And yet no CM Punk, the Shield basically broke up, the Ziggler/Del Rio fight lasted all of about 5 minutes, and The Authority had to disrupt the fight and destroy Daniel Bryan. Sigh.

But I'm really beginning to believe that this whole CM Punk this is just a work. There's no way he would still be on the active roster if he actually "quit" right? Plus, he was mentioned by Paul Heyman, Brock, and John Cena (also he was mentioned in the Raw Pre-show on the wwe network). Just seems like to me if this was actually legit, they would write him off and never really talk about him.

  7. Draft the new Ed Reed/Rod Woodson then and cut down on the terrance codys and matt elams.

by the way, our 2006 Defense was in my opinion, talent wise the best we ever had. No one cares though.

Outside of Dwan Landry And samari Rolle I wouldn't select any seahawk over our starting D

Its not exactly easy to draft the "new Ed Reed/Rod Woodson". Those players don't exactly grow on trees.

Bashing Matt Elam already, after a year? When he's playing outside of his true position? Welp, seen it all now.

Back on topic: I don't want Suggs to go anywhere. I think he would be a bigger loss than people think. Extend his deal to lower his cap hit.  He's getting older, but he still has plenty of gas left in the tank if he can just stay in shape.

  8. LMAO!  the co MVP of last years SB that improved his receiving skills this year is "not that good".  smh

Unless someone throws big bucks at Jones he'll be back. Bank it.

Um, don't get me wrong, I love Jacoby and all, but the guy has never had over 562 yards in a season in his career. He's a great return man, and x-factor, but he's an average WR at best.

  9. To be fair, Boldin said he'd retire if he was released. It's a little different since he was traded. It would be kind of a jerk move to retire after a team trades for you. Not that he necessarily would have retired, but at least you can give him more of a benefit of the doubt.

Oh really? I didn't know that. I thought he meant he would retire in general. My bad

  10. To anyone that says that Jones wants to retire here: Boldin said he would retire if we traded him, look how that worked out. I understand Jacoby loves being here, and has a tattoo and all, but its still whats best for him. If someone offers him more, he's gone. I want him to stay too, and hope he does, for the right price.
