I agree Edelman would be huge in B-More.. Not only doees he make us better but taking him off the Pats makes one of our heated rivals worse off.. So Ozzie should find a way to get him here.. Id be one of the first to buy that #11 in all black!

I dont think they will completely walk away from Daryl Smith. However, if he wants to play hardball in negotiating we all know ozzie will turn around and walk out. He signed Rolando last year for a reason. and as far as proving nothing.. your wrong.. he's proven that his life is more important than football (maturity).. and he's proven he's passionate about the game in wanting to return.. at age 24 for 700,000/yr low risk.. potentially gigantic reward.

Lets not forget about Louis Delmas.. Baltimore would love to have him too and he hasnt moved yet

I agree but NFL.com has said that the Saints have switched over to trying to trade Sproles instead since he commanded so much attention. I dont see BAltimore trading for him.. But we would deff look into signing him if released.

I wonder how much of a clown the average 24 year old is in todays world.. Smh.. Give him a break.. You ought to be ashamed at bashing a man for supposedly deleting his twitter account (which I was just on on my lunch break today) in a world where athletes and stars are critisized all the time for their social media behavior.. in my opinon if in fact he did it.. it was to avoid any distractions.. that he is fully focused and committed towards his comeback.. that the grind is on.. glass half empty or half full kind of situation.. NE will let anybody walk thats no surprise.. and if I remember correctly NE ran the ball alot more times and effectively than it has in recent years , yet Edelman still managed to put up great numbers.. Say what you want but I beleve its all but a done deal that if he aint in red white and blue.. he'll be in purple and black. Especially if JJ walks

What about the 30 interceptions our QB threw when were doing all that throwing and no running. or all those sacks that our offensive line or a lack thereof gave up. We had not one stand out super star last year. for christ sake our best player was Legatron. Give Marlon a break.. My daughter was born December 8th 2013. and as I sat in the hospital cutting cords and changing diapers.. I saw Marlon perform extremely well in a blizzard.. and it wasnt all in the red zone. the dude averages 11 yds a catch which is a first down in the NFL that I watch

Dude you got it all wrong.. Marlon Brown, as an undrafted rookie free agent steps on the field with the defending super bowl champions after a summer of turmoil and records 50 catches for 524 yards and 7 touchdowns (Ravens Franchise Records for a rookie) & did so in 14 games.. on an offense that rushed for 1328 yards all season (30th in the NFL). So its quite apparent that with better surrounding talent Marlon would be even more effective.. To put into comparison, we all love Torrey Smith who was supposed to run the show with the departure of Boldin.. Yeah well as our #1 WR he only snagged 65 balls for 1128 yards and 4 TDs.. Very mediocre (In my best Richard Sherman voice) numbers for a teams #1 WR in todays NFL.. My point is every player in a ravens uniform last year can play better and those who worked their tail off and gave us the best they could with the little we had deserve another shot with our reformed team on the field next year.. I stand by my word Brown is your guy at #2. Save the money Ozzie we got bigger problems.. O-Line , Safety , and I'll give another one that everyone is turning their cheek too.. RB!.. We could use another RB asap.. Id address all of those before I thought about finding some expensive WR to take Brown off the field.

True!. If we were to get our O-Line together prior to the draft in May Id take Odell Beckham from LSU as my Slot WR.. The dude can flat out ball and did it in the SEC of all conferences.. he plays like a Raven.. I wouldnt mind him in Purple and Black.

Love your view my friend.. I think Brown proved last year he can be a solid #2 WR in the NFL.. now go get Edelman to play the slot along with a healthy Pitta and Torrey stretching the field... Our offense would be deadly.
