Thanks for the answer! I found this just now: @jamisonhensley: This is the last year that Ray Rice remains on the books for the Ravens. Rice counts $9.5 million against the Ravens' cap. In fact, he has the second-largest cap number for Baltimore (behind quarterback Joe Flacco's $14.55 million cap figure) and he isn't on the team. In case there is any confusion, the Ravens aren't paying Rice this season. This dead money is the remaining pro-rated portion of all of the bonuses that were already paid to him. The reason why Rice's cap hit was spread over 2014 and 2015 was the timing of his release. If the Ravens had cut him prior to June 1, his entire cap hit would have been absorbed last season. Because it came in September, the dead money was split into two seasons.

If Ray Rice gets picked up by someone, does that change our "dead" money around him?

All the pants need to be redesigned to stay up. I agree that the leotard look is a bit strange. It makes Joe look like he is dancing back there when he is under pressure (and it is not Swan Lake). The uniforms that I dislike the most from a purely esthetic view are the Titans and the Raiders. The next tier of dislikes would be the Bills, Broncos, and the Jets. Then there are the "throw back" (throw out?) uniforms in general - a blatant money grab for the teams, and I imagine a hindrance for some QB's in finding their receivers down field. And, yes, Pittsburgh's are the worst of this bunch.

Who would you rather have as QB? Joe Flacco (1 ring, 1 SB MVP) or Eli Manning (2 rings, 2 SB MVPs). I want Joe! For the 19 or 20 games a season it takes!!
