  1. Yeah I'll probably go WR. I need it. I tried to trade my fifth pick overall, but only got offered a 2nd and Greg Olsen for my first and CJ Spiller. Would be okay short term, but need a younger guy long term.
  2. Trying to figure out if I should go RB or WR in the draft. I'll have a shot at Derrick Henry, Kenneth Dixon who id like to get. or a guy like sterling shepard or Tyler Boyd. Rebuilding the team, but would like for someone to have an immediate impact. I like Dixon.
  3. I was trying to figure out what game I'd like to go see this year. Probably Raiders or Steelers. I'll be at the one IN Cincinnati, but one home game as well!
  4. I gotcha. I was just going by what was done last year. An open discussion of venting and such. Thanks though
  5. Yeah, I'll probably drop him and keep Gabbert. Morris isn't worth saving either given they have McFadden and Elliot. Bolden isn't anything either. Hoping to get a solid WR via trade. Shouldn't take too much to turn around. I had a couple of options. I like the bad teams, gives me more to work with! And my expectations won't be so high. Lol
  6. Yeah, not sure if I'd get him in the rookie draft nor do I want to spend a pick on him. I need some help at other positions. lol
  7. That does help. That was going to be my deciding factor. A pretty deep league so id like to have two starting QBs.
  8. I'm new to the keepers and dynasty formats. Say you have a 20 team roster and you have to keep all 20 (dynasty) can you trade or drop any of your keepers throughout the season?
  9. Absolutely. I'm always on top of my fantasy football. I've been looking to join a dynasty, so this works out well. Just let me know what I need to do next. Pick a team, select keepers, ect.
  10. I'm interested if you need spots to fill.
  11. I don't care much for Monroe. I was all for the trade in the beginning, but it just seemed like he didn't want to play for the Ravens anymore. I completely understand why they released him and they should have earlier. For those wanting to keep him through preseason, why give a guy the time of day if you truly felt he didn't want to be there? Good riddance. Hurts more knowing that he basically had the leverage in whether or not he got traded. Maybe he'll be another Albert Haynesworth, getting that guaranteed money.
  12. One of those unfortunate events. Some other team would have drafted Perriman had it not been us. Nobody could have foreseen two injuries and two missed seasons.
  13. At least we have a couple of speed threats this season. Hopefully Wallace plays like his old self.
  14. A first round pick may never play a down in the NFL. His legs keep taking hits.
  15. There are a few instances when it's hard for me to be around these forums. Draft weekend and when the Ravens lose a game. A lot of people just come from out of nowhere to bash the entire organization. They have their jobs for a reason and I like the pick. Seems like a good fit for the scheme. And how can you deem someone terrible before they even hit the field. Never understood it.
  16. True. But I think learning under someone is going to vary from player to player. Depends on the determination and mindset imo. Or maybe we just like to think that's how it works. Lol
  17. I agree with you, buddy. I like the pick. I was more or less mocking Winchester who made that "try hard" comment a couple of times. It won't be so bad to learn your craft under the wings of Suggs and Doom!
  18. I wonder if this guy is just a try hard?
  19. I hope all of our picks land in the pro bowl. Even the 7th round picks. These boards are ridiculous because we didn't get who you all wanted. FO know what they're doing. Sheesh.
  20. The Raiders are loading up!
  21. I like Stanley. I liked some of the video I watched on him. Seems like a good guy and could learn some things from Yanda and potentially be a stand out for years to come.
  22. Not when you're the Redskins. Should be a better investment than Haynesworth though. Norman seems like he wants to prove himself and be the top corner.
  23. Potentially, we could get Steve Smith v Norman. That would be fun too.
  24. I'm gonna say that the Ravens have a great draft. Perriman returns full speed for game one. And bold prediction: Ravens sweep the Bengals.
  25. May have to take my dad to the Skins @ Ravens game. I took him the year the Ravens played in Washington when Kirk Cousins took them to overtime and ultimately ended up beating the Ravens. I believe it was the year they won the Super Bowl. It was his first time seeing a Skins game and the first time for us both to see our favorite teams play one another. id like to take him into Ravens territory and get a little revenge, hopefully. as far as predictions go, we can only go up imo. Hopefully we get a healthy Joe, Steve, Camp, Perriman. Sure up the o line in the draft. Draft some defensive guys, plug a few guys in, and in that alone, we have to be 10 times better than last year. It will just come down to executing. At least 8-9 wins if the draft goes well, and we get the guys we need to fill some holes.
