Very similar to why Chuck Pagano took a few Ravens players with him to Indy. Very similar to why Rex Ryan took players with him (and signed more afterwards) to the Jets. When it's all said and done, Norv Turner will have coached for 29 of the 32 teams. Given that Bill Belichick keeps a staff of younger guys, and given that both the Steelers and Ravens would rather be anything but explosive and innovative on offense, I doubt he will ever coach any of the three.
