  1. I don't quite understand how the salary cap works. All I know is we don't have much to work with. And I saw I think on espn.com the other day, the patriots are in the best shape, with about 60 million to spend ! Just doesn't seem fair. Their front office must do a better job of making the hard decisions on cutting guys when they get too old or expensive. And they of course have a top quarterback to pay. Frustrating to know that we might be lucky to get to 8-8. Unless we cast off some expensive often injured veterans and get some youth in here, which means 6-10.

  2. Joke Flacco has lost it. He's killing the team with his lackadaisical effort and he's not a leader. I can't even watch the games anymore. The team is sloppy and makes lots of mistakes, penalties, etc. This indicates bad coaching which points to Harbaugh . We have older players who are constantly injured. Time to blow this team up. We're going nowhere with this mgt and players. Kubiak was a excellent OC and the team played to a higher level with him here. Without him Harbaugh is exposed as a bad decision maker and appears to be pressing. Look, we just don't have the talent anymore. If we had the talent maybe Flacco and Harbaugh wouldn't seem so bad, but we don't, so they are really exposed. We might win 1 more game this year. What is troubling is that it appearsĀ the players have quit on Harbaugh, you can see it on the field. They just melt in crunch time.

  3. We just don't have the playmakers in the defensive secondary, or the wide receivers. Pee's should be done. Changing the OC every year has caught up to Joe. With all our problems we're still very close to 5-1, unreal. Oh, and a run of bad luck with injuries also. And the salary cap has hit us hard with Ray Rice and other dead money. Time to start rotating in the games young players and see if they can contribute. I'm starting to wonder if Harbs is burned out or has he lost touch with the players. I get a weird vibe watching the bench, but it could simply be losing breeds discontent. We have lost all the old leaders also who would keep the guys focused. We've had a very good team for many years and got used to winning. The next 10 games could get ugly for the team.

  4. Ever since the The Super Bowl year with the letting go of the "tough guys " like Boldin, Pollard, etc. Then the Ray Rice fiasco we seem to be more interested in wether the players are nice guys and good citizens instead of our old style of angry, nasty, bone crushers. I remember in the preseason game with the Redskins when they pile drived one of our receivers, Aiken ? And it seemed like we just took it. In years past there would have been a fight, and they would have been carting Redskins off on stretchers the rest of the game. I thought then we're going to have a tough year.

  5. Pita is done. Flacco throws off his back foot and floats the ball and unfortunately he is not a leader. The constant changing of the OC has hurt his play I think. Journeyman players have replaced Legends. Top picks are frequently busts ( Kindle and Perriman),( CJ was a good pick), good players have left for mo money at key positions. Monroe is a bust. Defensive secondary is bad. Oh, and a couple key injuries also. Gonna be a tough year. Saw the same cycle in the Colts, the end of the Unitas era..Now we see who the real fans are, I'll still proudly put on my Raven hat when I go to work tomorrow. I'm a fan for life.
