The NFL has a revenue sharing policy in place. According to some sources I read it was like $7.2 billion split between all 32 teams last year, which ends up being over $200 mil per team. That number covers most of the operating costs, plus Bisciotti, like most owners is already rich. So I don't think money is a motivator here, but winning is. If we keep losing I got to believe changes will be made by the end of the season if not before. I mean look at the Dolphins cutting ties with their head coach. I'm not saying we should follow suit, but I agree changes need to be made.
