This really was a slap in the face that could come back and bite us this year. I can easily say that if it were not for him we would not be champions this season. You will never see T Smith, Doss anyone we currently have make those catch's he made. Face it Smith is not a physical receiver, Doss has trouble catching a clean pass period. To top it off we trade him for a 6th round pick, is that what we valued him as between him and rice they were probably 3/4 of our offenses totals. So sorry that treated you this way Boldin, thats the way our FO does things. Did not value Mason at all, let Heap go after all he sacrificed with trying to flag down Brian Billicks QB Boller and sacrificed his back doing it.

I guess it will go back to Rice being the safety blanket again. I am going to miss the great sideline catch's he made for us and the way he exemplified the Raven Way of playing. Very few offensive players do. Dickson cannot hold onto a ball, T Smith cannot get of a block to get down field most of the time so i hope Rice Stays healthy. The front page says they did not even ask him to restructure but that is hard to believe. Makes zero sense to me, drop some of the dead wood that have not contributed even when on the field Anthony Allen, David Reed etc etc.

I would do everything in my power to keep Boldin, he was Joe's new D'Mase. He made Joe look good with quite a few errant throws. If it had been Doss out there i think Joe's Passer ratings would take a big hit. Between Boldin and Jones who fight hard for the ball and keeping drives going. Boldin was Key to our surge in the end and Jones should have been MVP in the Big show.
