At this point losing out makes a lot of sense... it would practically guarantee the first pick... we could either go for a sure thing or trade back for several picks. The organizational goal should be to make this year a ONE year disaster, not a long-term fall from competitiveness.

Joe just needs to stay healthy for next year. When he tries to force the issue it just results in turnovers anyway. Next year with a little talent around him (hopefully) he should resume his winning ways.

Just finished an article about Harbs quite possibly being fired at the end of the season. I for one don't think there is any chance of that nor would it be justified. At a minimum he needs a chance to see how he can recover from his first really bad season. Were I the owner... who we all know is no fool... I would be looking at our recent drafting that has left us with bust after bust in the early rounds.
