Mike Neal is still available, I saw a few people on here wanted him, can't say I've seen him play much but statistically he looks like a better pass rusher than upshaw. Might come cheap because I haven't seen anything about teams showing interest in him.

yes he is a rotational pass rusher high effort guy and yes would come real cheap and really set us up for BPA in draft.

idk moving cyprien to linebacker feels like tbey don't prioritize the position too much. To me it's still pass rusher or pass defender and there is no EDGE rusher at that point for me unless you count Buckner who doesn't fit the Seattle mold.

Thorton is a 5-tech which is probably the one position on the line Buckner doesn't play

Lewan played better at RT so I don't think thats too much of an issue.

Like I said I can buy the Ramsey talk, but it's hard for me to justify it.

well as of right now Titans want Ramsey BAD!! http://walterfootball.com/nfldraftrumormill.php

Ladarius has steadily progressed each year, though, and he was in the shadow of Antonio Gates in SD. I wouldn't be at all surprised if he lights it up in PIT with Big Ben. He has the speed and the blocking abilities to be a real danger. One of the moves I saw that really made me cringe this offseasosn in terms of our division.

yeah but when gates was injury this year he failed to put up numbers why you think the chargers don't want him back and they have money to give lol

One move that's left me scratching my head is signing Ben Watson, a 35-year-old TE to roughly 3.5M/yr but not going after Ladarius Green, who is 25, for 5M/yr. Seems like a nominal difference in price for a younger player at the position, who is a good blocker and a nice vertical threat at TE. I get that Watson has leadership and stuff, but we're talking about nearly a decade worth of age difference here for nearly the same price.

Ladarius green is still in development as a TE we already are doing that with Gillmore, Williams and Boyle we don't need another guy like that. that's why they wanted a vet

His agent approached the ravens about an extension and was told not at this time. Then suddenly Jimmys extension was announced!! KO or his agent one of them said if management got some playmakers the offense would be something never seen before. He felt Yandas extension was about being a media and front office darling and not his play in the trenches. He felt he and the oline was so underappreciated the ravens did not realize what is in front of them and try to build off it. But the front office is to worried about finding a new role for Webb than appreciating and building taking advantage of the OLines dominance. KO is respected around locker room talk and rival front offices for the way he overwhelms and strikes fear in players. Yet it was never really acknowledged or appreciated by the ravens management as a rare skill.

not gonna lie this seems very true of why he made the comments he made

22.1M per year? Hmm.. a little much for his recent production (after the SB it seems), but the Ravens had no leverage at all. However, I would like to amortize Joe's salary over his entire tenure with the Ravens. If you do that, Joe's yearly money doesn't look bad. I'm glad it got done though because what was the alternative? Mallett? Not a chance. Then again, if Cousins and Bradford are getting between 18-20 M a year, Joe's salary is not that much higher. But I had hoped an extension would be in 18-20M range with a large guaranteed sum.

I know for guaranteed money he's getting 44 million. yup steep price for QB's now days.

Flacco receives $66.4M in new money (a record of $22.1M in new-money APY. He will average just under $21M for the full life of contract

Ravens receive cap relief and control Flacco through his prime and lower his base salaries next 3 yrs ($4M, $6M, $12M). But at a steep price
