  1. I'm shocked the NFL let the Broncos hit baby Brady that much, I guess their sideline was having communication problems, But....you can bet that next owners meeting a rule change will be introduced to limit even more the pass rush on QBs (well, at least the pass rush on one anyway) lol. GO RAVENS! Steelers out! Pats out! now I can enjoy the Superbowl!
  2. Tackles, CB's, WR's,.....so tempting with such a low draft pick. I think this year is going to be special. Work your magic Oz! GO RAVENS!
  3. Buck Allen is starter quality now! GO RAVENS!
  4. Hopefully next year one of those four coaches can give a unique perspective on our coach as the Ravens head to the SB GO RAVENS!
  5. GO Denver......never thought I would say that, but after the shifty, spying on teams, intelligence gathering, cheating Patriots won....and the Steelers are still around.....the Broncos are the better team by far especially since Kubiak is the HC. If it wasn't for "I don't want to play for Baltimore" Elway there I would be all in for them to win the SB. As it is now I am leaning towards the Cardinals or the Panthers. GO RAVENS!
  6. I remember as a young teenager when he was the HC of the Colts and Bert Jones had the Cinderella season seeing him on TV in the early 70's. He was a soft spoken man, but you could see the passion he had for the game and the pride in his team. Our prayers to his family. GO RAVENS!
  7. He has shown that he can be a playmaker, but staying healthy is a problem for him. Let's hope this year is his breakout (and injury free) year. GO RAVENS!
  8. Glad Frazier is on board! This should provide a boost to the secondary . I don't know much about Cullen, but welcome to the Ravens. I hope Coach Brooks is getting well, very sorry to hear of his cancer, he is without a doubt one of the best coaches in the league. I still remember his SB wired statement "They're weak, go after them!" lol. GO RAVENS!
  9. Also, why can't the NFL have a team of officials in a booth that have the same ability the networks have to review penalties and concur or over rule them (almost instantly). Must be clear to overturn them, and reported directly to the head official. Won't take any more time then discussions by officials on the field about penalties do now. We have the technology, NFL has the $$$ so, why not? GO RAVENS!
  10. I understand that Steve was being politically "correct and kind" in his reply. After all he is a partner with the other owners so calling out a part of your own organization to the media is counter productive. I routinely watch many games of other teams each year, I am a bit of a football fan, and to me a good game that is worth watching is on as much as possible. The biggest difference I see with officiating is the "ticky tack" penalties Ravens get versus other teams. Yes, there were many "questionable" calls this year for many teams, but the Ravens seem to have the collection of "real head scratchers" and commentators saying "I don't see that one". Paranoia would take me down the road of NFL manipulation against the Ravens, let's hope that Steve is correct and it's more a matter of them being overwhelmed. Whatever the cause, hopefully Steve can bring enough spotlight on it that changes are made. GO RAVENS!
  11. Burfict is a thug, as long as the Bengals allow this type of behavior then they will always be a "wanting" team come playoff time. Championship games expose character, both bad and good. GO RAVENS!
  12. I kind of look at the 2015 season like I do my ex-wife, yeah it happened, but hey, moving on now GO RAVENS!
  13. If you doubt the impact of lack of continuity, you need only to check out the Cleveland Browns. That kind of settles the issue. OK, you believe in the staff Steve, so shall we! GO RAVENS!
  14. OK, show me what you two got in 2016......that's all I got to say about! GO RAVENS!
  15. I know the obstacles the Ravens face to do it, but I think letting KO go somewhere else would be a huge mistake. The Ravens want a consistent, dependable, durable LT for the franchise....there he is. Monroe is good when he plays, but he has a durability problem. GO RAVENS!
  16. IMHO, Monroe gets (and stays) injured way too much, I understand the economics of releasing him and keeping KO, but if he continues to be a part time LT then it's a dead roster spot and here we go again with a backup protecting Flacco's blind side......maybe the hit is worth it. GO RAVENS!
  17. In an effort to get that pay day, he kind of put his wrong foot forward during the Steelers game (foot off sides on Jimmy's goal line pick 6). LOL, sorry had to do the irony pun thing! GO RAVENS!
  18. You need pretty much a roster of 53 starters with the way the injuries pile up each year. I think the idea of a "back up" not being immediately starter capable (except rookie work ups), is a thing of the past. With salary caps being what they are, it makes getting such a starting roster of 53 a financial work of art. GO RAVENS!
  19. With young players (now with big time game experience) joining the Vets coming off of injuries, and a great draft, this season coming should be REAL nice! Ravens never stopped fighting, nice job guys! GO RAVENS!
  20. I would never advocate losing.......HOWEVER, having said that, the draft pick we will get this year will be pretty sweet, Ozzie may have to be sedated draft time Let's make 2016 season one of the best ever! GO RAVENS!
  21. I think that the Bengals have become that thorn in the Ravens side. I think that in the 2016 off season the Ravens should take an extra good look at beating them and the Steelers, then the division is ours. Amazing that there is almost no one on the injured list......good omens of things to come? GO RAVENS!
  22. He looked really really good in his debut, let's see if it continues! GO RAVENS!
  23. SWEET! Some say lost 5 spots on the draft with that win....OK, and??? LOL well worth it!!! GO RAVENS!
  24. Man, after all the injured players come back, and with the new guys that stepped (stepping) up, it's going to be difficult to thin the roster to 53 next year. Sadly, I don't see Marion Brown making it. If he went down after producing better, he would have had an even chance, but after declining.....springtime he better look like A.J. Greens older brother if he wants to make the (or any) team. Shame too, I had high hopes for him after his rookie season. GO RAVENS!
