      Yeah I agree, what great memories! Those were the days. Things are so different now, the city has changed so much and after 21 years on the force it has totally lost the grandeur of youth. Now too many bad memories. You could not find any youths playing stepball, that is for sure. When I was a kid in northeast Baltimore I could walk out my house and find a half dozen kids to play with before I made it halfway down my street. I was never inside.
