  1. I understand exactly your feeling. I'm pretty staunchly of the opinion that Howard will be the best player available when we pick....if so, Ozzie will take him. If you've found a better center prospect than Elflein...who? I haven't and though he's not perfect, I'm not passing on him unless a corner I like falls. At this point, getting an edge player becomes a little less likely and obviously I like both corners selected(and I love Hunt). I understand your sentiment however.
  2. I love Elder. Great all around football player. Good Blitzer, physical.... Almost certainly a slot corner but I'd love him on the Ravens.
  3. Wagner is THE priority to me. "Overpay "a little if necessary. Salary cap goes up again this year. Perfect time to invest in Wagner as it will time to pay Stanley 4 years from now. Should be viewed as money allocated to the OLINE in general as well as a further investment in keeping QB health
  4. Quincy Wilson...more and more. Nobody turns and find the ball better than Quincy Wilson. Not many guys in the NFL do it better. The more tape I watch the better I like him. Big dude who can cover and I judged him prematurely
  5. CHOKE. Anything else on ?
  6. Falcon have no clue
  7. Need some sort of pressure up the middle to stop Brady
  8. New England covers kicks unbelievably
  9. Missed a throw. Took a sack when that's the last thing he could afford to do. I definitely CAN blame him. By the way..I like Ryan
  10. edelman is amazing
  11. Straight choke by Ryan..
  12. Why Coleman? Where is Freeman?
  13. nailed it
  14. Safety is where I see him for sure. Have you seen film other than Alabama?
  15. Another little known prospect....Jeremy Curtrer, Safety, Middle Tennessee. Watch him vs. Alabama 2015 (only tape I can find). Good job in run support. Smart player. Sniffs out screens and blows them up. Great job of reading and baiting QB. Originally committed to LSU, not sure what brought about the transfer but he's a good looking DB .
  16. Limited time and tape for sure but he's got a really good skill set and don't think he makes it past the top of round three.
  17. Joe Mathis has limited tape but possesses a lot of the tools to be a good edge player. Good size for the position (olb), really strong physical hands, bends the edge, good at getting hands into guys first and getting rid of them to make the play. Probably there when we select round two.
  18. I really don't see it . I would be more excited to see him at strong safety. He will get torched on the outside.
  19. That is a rare trait indeed . And I agree I really do like that about him and I like him generally , just not at 16 ..... Better players are on the board .
  20. Same. Anything else to me is a reach for need. There's a part of me that feels this cornerback class is being overhyped just a little . There are a lot of very big corners in this class and perhaps it is a deeper class overall but I don't see anyone but the two you mentioned as being worthy at pick 16. Humphrey I don't get at all in round one . I like Conley after those two but somewhere in the mid 20s.
  21. Wilson seems to be the popular pick of late for us at 16. I don't like him at 16...awful tackle form in general and doesn't appear very interested in being invested vs. the run. He does a better job than many pro corners at getting his head around and finding the ball. 16 seems a bit rich for him.
  22. Did you like Shaq Lawson? I did. Might be a better comp for Taco....im still watching Charlton but I'm four games in and I love him. I do see impressive bend in him...check out the one minute Mark of Rutgers film, for example.
  23. Have you watched him? Question is rhetorical as I'm assuming you have but a lot of the guys projected ahead of him are not as good at their position (corner, for example ), as he is at tight end. Perhaps they are more "valued" positionally by some but Howard is special and he's ready now. If we go BPA, and certain guys are off the board, he could be the pick.
  24. I'm glad to see someone include Oj Howard. There's a good chance he's the BPA when we pick.
  25. Keep in mind we are talking about picking at 16 not 6 (or 3). I disagree with the assertion that Bosa had better bend. Charlton is good now but he has a high ceiling and if he works to improve he will be every bit the pro that Boss looks to be.
