Maybe if this was a few years ago. He was turning Peyton Manning passes into butterfingers. If you can't catch passes from Tom Brady or Manning anymore it only goes down hill from there lol.

Very much so on defense. Torrey Smith is headed for a career low. Call it a QB situation at the 49ners but it was his choice to chase the money.

Most say they felt pumped up hearing Rays words. I didn't feel pumped, I felt calm. The scope of my duties didn't feel beyond my capabilities. I felt ready to do what needed to be done. It didn't matter if I was successful or not because I knew my effort wouldn't cause me to have regrets.

Given our remaining schedule i believe its possible and how we have lost our games, i believe its still possible to win out the rest of the season after the bye week. who knows maybe i am delusional

07 we were pretty bad. This year is bad but we are 1 drive away in every game from winning. They just are not good enough to win.

I agree he should restructure, and he probably will, but who do you intend to replace joe flacco with, matt schuab LOL. Sam bradford is a free agent what about him, this is a defense heavy draft this year we arent going to find the next andrew luck guys. LOL think before you speak, right now joe flacco is our best player and he is keeping us in most of these games. 

And look at Andrew Luck right now? He is playing terrible. I really really do not want to go back to the Boller years.

Rough season so far

Pick a side, first everyone was trashing Torrey for not giving his all on every play and veug a one trick pony, now everyone wants to say how bad if a move it was to let him walk. Stick to your opinion...so.e of y'all are phony as hell.

He is a one trick pony and does not fight for the football. Steve Smith even at 35 is a better WR than Smith.

Torrey shouldn't be too impressed about how the WRs played. Ravens have not stopped any QB or any WR all season so it was expected.

Some people really put too much into that "last ride" thing with Ray Lewis. The defense was shaky that entire playoff run except against New England. They gave up a lot of points in the super bowl as well. Had the Ravens lost you could have made the argument the defense really gave the game away. All that aside, Harbs winning the SB was not luck, he used what he had and the team played well enough with some breaks going in their favor to help win a SB. Has everyone forgotten they were nearly in the TWO times before that? Harbs is not the best coach but hardly the worse. This team is very injured and those not injured just are not playing very well. It happens. A lucky superbowl would have been him having terrible seasons over and over and tucked in-between them is a lucky season where they won the SB.

Not much to argue here. I do believe that certain QBs elevate the play of those around them and/or make them "look" better. But none of that is quantifiable, so its all just opinion.

At this stage we fully understand what Flacco can or cannot do. If you give him some reasonable pass catchers and a couple blocks he'll win you some big games. He basically always takes a quarter or two to get going rarely ever starting fast. In the right system he is a top ten QB. He'll never be HOF but you've never needed to be in order to win a SB. I perfectly believe he could win another one similar to Eli Manning (who is also inconsistent at times). I guess I just get tired of hearing everyone bash Flacco as if they'd rather go back to how it was before we had him, top defense with no real ability to win games against great QBs unless they had a record breaking game.

Of 20 balls thrown your way maybe I was inaccurate 10 times. Catching 2/10 catch-able balls is terrible. I guess my point is it always looks like the Ravens WRs can't make a catch unless the pass is perfect. We don't often get the circus catches you see from other teams who constantly bail their QB out when he is in a jam. This whole "Flacco needs to make his WR's better" thing has always been silly. Peyton Manning does not make his WRs better, coaches properly surrounded him with talent he needs to win games. Only thing I can argue for Manning is he is more accurate than Flacco but again accuracy means nothing if your WRs can't get open, can't catch the ball and will not do anything beyond the norm to go up and get it.
