  4. Greg Jennings just doesn't make that much sense...hes 31 and on decline. Last time he hit 1,000 yards was in 2010. Waste of cap space when we could grab Jaelen Strong for around a mil and get more production. marlon brown and Kamar Aiken and Camp all able to do as much as Jennings could

@Ravenslifer i agree completely, but declining isn't the only reason I don't see the Ravens getting him. I stated them previously.

You can't make a 1st round WR a 3rd string, he needs to get a lot of minutes so that he can develop faster. Parker would be awesome but Jaelen Strong is still my favorite reasonable receiver. Strong and Smith Sr. and Camp with Joe Flacco in shotgun is dangerous. Remember, Dez Bryant was #24 pick at 6'2 ran a 4.52. Strong is 6'2 and ran a 4.44. They're very similar in my opinion.

That's why earlier I would've seen us getting Kenny Britt because he could get a Lee Evans type of contract. But he signed back with Rams unfortunately

Stallworth was a #4 receiver, Evans came in when we drafted Torrey and Torrey took over, Boldin started alongside Mason, and then last year we got Smith Sr. to start.

Boldin and Smith Sr were the only starters, Jennings won't go for a #3 contract. He would obviously expect to start.

yeah we do that for receivers that are expected to start for the Ravens as #1 or #2 and usually, we have a young and old receiver. We do it every couple years too, not back to back. If we just picked up all the veterans that were cap casualties then we would end up like the Raiders. haha ozzie knows better than to do that.

but that would be another maybe 4 million in cap space this year. Jennings is in decline period, Even when Josh Gordon or Andre Johnson, or even Odell Beckham. All had/have terrible offenses, all still thrive in the nil

  14. gosh this offseason is a mess

  15. What if...again just what if....Ravens plan on focusing back to Webb's contract post June 1st. If they can't get a restructure, cut him, get 8 mil. That could mean drafting a high CB to replace him.

  16. If we don't get a ring this upcoming year, we will have a dry next couple year. Yanda, Osemele, Jimmy, Upshaw and Will Hill all FA's next offseason.

  17. I'd like to set eyes on Zach Miller or Virgil Green for TE, its become a need with Daniels gone and Pitta still a question mark.

  18. if we get Webb to restructure, hopefully we can take a shot at getting Nick Fairley

  20. question, is devin smith still getting first round consideration after disappointing some folks with his 40 time?

  21. Hopefully we won't have to trade up to get Jaelen Strong, but if it comes to that, i think we should pull the trigger on it

I just see him sliding down draft boards because he didn't produce much last year, he didn't even break 1000 yards. its kind of disrespectful considering him a 1st-2nd rd pick when other players who produced more last year are considered day 2 and 3 picks.

devin smith would simply be a role player on the ravens we need to get a franchise WR. sure he led the nation in yards/reception but thats not all that matters in the NFL, no way. YAC is crucial. Route running is crucial. Getting separation is crucial. And yeah his small body cannot get that separation nor can he get more yards after contact than Strong or any other bigger receiver. Smith didn't even run the 40 in the time everyone expected him to run it.

playmaking, like first down conversions, sure, i see that. But Ravens can get that with Stefon Diggs in the 4th-5th round.

@Tonymontana45 I don't think Devin Smith is worth the pick. He's got speed but not the speed everyone was hoping for, and he only had 2 games with over 100 yds, i don't see how people could say he's worth a 1st-2nd round pick.

he won't bring explosion like torrey did but Strong ran a 4.44 forty so he's fast. Not many people can run a 4.36 like Torrey haha Stefon Diggs ran a 4.46 but has more explosion than Strong he would be a torrey smith kind of clone in gameplay.
