    Could the Ravens bring back Cary Williams? They would have Webb, Smith, and Cary. But Ravens asked Webb to take pay cut, and now he's on the hot seat money wise.

      by all accounts Torrey was already offered a more than fair offer and still has not signed it. I don't see the Ravens upping the offer on what was essentially overpaying him a bit to begin with so I think you're going to be disappointed. Pretty sure someone will overpay for Torrey's services and pretty certain it won't be the Ravens.

      They offered torrey money that they don't have yet so obviously he can't sign yet. They offered it as more of an IOU or a hold on a sec. Plus torrey doesn't want to be anywhere. As I was told through a reliable source.
