    No doubt that EVERYONE in here knows of my support for my local homeboy, Virginia Tech super star and former backup to Flacco but now STARTING QB for the Buffalo Bills.....TYROD "T-Mobile" Taylor!  However, I like our guy Joe Flacco.  Just want him to play like a world-beater all of the time and not look like Gomer Pyle half of it.  :P

    Man!  Still can't believe that they are taking our home from us.  Let me just honestly say that, while I definitely didn't agree with or see eye to eye with many of you cats in here on various things about "OUR TEAM" and probably still won't when this board shuts down. :D 

    The one thing that was certain and will always remain is that through all of the ups and downs and the good and bad and the negativity as well as the positivity that went on in here; ya'll were and still are my family (Ravens wise).  "YOU A'LL ARE MY RAVENS BROTHERS AND SISTERS" and I'm truly going to miss not being able to come in here and chop it up with you guys/gals about our team.

    As one who is more defensive-minded than offense....I really liked what the Ravens did this draft to sure up that fledgling and floundering defense from previous seasons.  I must admit though that it shocked me to see us making all of these moves and doing nothing offensively to help Joe.  Maybe it was due to Flacco himself saying that we didn't need anymore receivers?  And Wallace said the same thing as well?  I believe that Ozzie will still add a new WR to the mix through trades or free agent signing after some have been released from other teams before the start of the season.  I hope so!

    I'm a defense type of cat personally but damn!  I really expected the Ravens to do more for the offensive side of the ball to protect Joe and to get him a younger/faster receiver to develop.  Man was I wrong!  Wow!

    Maybe this is also due to Joe and Wallace saying that they are fine with the receiving core that they already have????

    I'm cool with the Humphrey pick.  

    We all complained and fussed about our horrendous secondary losing leads last season and being trash especially when Jimmy was out and NOW Ozzie addressed our need for depth at the CB position and cats in here are still complaining.  I'm glad that this board isn't a representation of the entire Ravens nation.  With Jimmy, Carr, Tavon, Webb, Weddle, Jefferson and now Humphrey our back end just improved.  Harbaugh even mentioned Canady in the presser as well.  Can't wait to see what we do in a few hours tonight.
