In the past, I've seen Sean Peyton and Drew Brees going over the gameplan for their upcoming opponents. Peyton would constantly ask Drew which plays he liked and was comfortable running in particular situations and then he'd incorporate them into the game plan for that week. Just recently, while watching the NFL Network, I just saw a nice piece on Belichick. And I saw him and Brady doing the same thing with Brady telling him about a particular route and adding it to the plan. Sincere question; I wonder if Harbaugh does that with Joe?

Bisciotti is the man! I also appreciated how he called out players as well. I absolutely enjoyed hearing what he had to say more than from Ozzie and John.

Bisciotti is one smooth and cool cat! I was so glad that the majority of the questions were directed towards him. I really enjoyed his being frank and direct in his responses about his being "bewildered" about the team; in reference to the Ravens getting away from their true "identity" (which is running ball) and how the defense collapsed those last few games. I loved how he called out a few players by name as well in reference to their need for improvement and how they performed poorly. I could have just listened to him alone the entire conference. For me, there was really no need to hear from Ozzie or John.

I loved hearing Bisciotti more than Ozzie and John. It was great hearing how he thinks about things and his answers were so direct and frank without pulling any punches. He even called out a few players by name in reference to their playing better, those who's performance fell off and even those who may possibly be released. Real refreshing!
