If Castillo saw success for one season under Kubiak, you'd think he would at least be smart enough to steal some of what Kubiak did.

Cowboys have never beaten the Ravens. Our defense is ranked #1. Cowboys are averaging 30 pts. per game, but Ravens only giving up 18 ppg. If we can hold them to 20, we'll need 21 to win. Doable. BTW, an 8-8 record will probably win our division. If that is the way it goes down, we'll need to win our division games to get the tie-breaker (if necessary). So Dallas game isn't super critical to win. But ... 8-8 will definitely not get a Wild Card berth, so we need to take the division.

True, Dallas has an average 29 points per game this season (wow), but the Ravens' #1 defense is only allowing 18 points per game (both figures rounded). If we can hold them to 18, I think we have a good chance of winning. However, I seriously doubt we are going to score 30, since we're averaging 20 per game.

Glad we aren't chasing a wildcard (at the moment). Feels good to be in 1st place, even with a 5-4. Thanks, Dallas! Now, we'll reward you by not beating you too badly.

Dallas will be real test. Glad we have extended rest. Worked out well to have a Thursday night against Cleveland, giving us extra time to rest and prep for Dallas. A win Sunday will mean we are not a joke, and deserve our first place berth.

Browns need to figure out why their entire system is systemically broken. May end up being the first team to ever go 0-16 twice. Winning seasons are extremely rare; no Superbowls; haven't had a championship since the 1950s. And every year it's the same, they don't get any better.

Great points. Agree 1000%. This team is SOOOO different with Wright out and Tavon at the # 2 corner. Tavon and Pierce are 2 massive surprising difference makers for this team! We are Nasty! Dixon and Perriman joining the party changes the O big time as well AGREED!!!! An I allowed to do a +2, or is that too AOL? :)

Agreed. Which brings us back to the controversy in which Harbaugh fired all the alpha males in the wake of Ray Lewis' departure. We notably lost Lewis, Reed, Pollard, Boldin, etc. People have often asked the question: "Who are the leaders in the Ravens' locker room?" But it isn't really that we lack leaders. It's more like we lack people with overwhelming drive and emotionalism. SSS is the only one on the team right now, IMO.
