I am convinced, after lots of analysis and many conversations, that our primary problem is coaching. We have some very talented players; but they seem to lack direction, cohesiveness. This things come from good coaching.
I seriously hope they have been spending this season looking for a new, long-term OC. We need someone who will motivate Flacco, improve our clock-management, put a spark into the offense, know when to play aggressively vs. defensively, and not fall for defensive gimmicks like the Patriots pulled last week.
For everyone shouting: "we need a RB, we need receivers, we need an O-line!" I submit to you that we have those things; we just need someone to lead, teach, and motivate them.
