Are you freaking kidding me? Kyle Korver to the Cavs? "Yeah, we're trying to solve the parity problem, so we'll let one of the four best pure shooters in the NBA go a team that already has great court spacing"

Lol hope to see korver get back on track in Cleveland.. he should have plenty of open looks now

I think the frustration lies elsewhere than harbaugh.

Im more frustrated in misses in  high draft picks that have been pretty much complete misses.

Elam, upshaw, pierce,Gilmore (becoming one but too early to tell yet), brooks, Arthur brown, maxx Williams, Carl Davis

All drafted  in rounds 1-3 from 2012-2015 and have given little to no production comparable to draft position or "what they were supposed to be"

(maybe upshaw shouldn't be here but I don't think he lived up to 35 pick and his hype)

I also believe the ray rice debacle hurt the team badly as well with his contract fallout beyond all the media fallout

Ravens have drafted way too many "project players" in rounds 2-4 in the last six years or so

I'd rather make changes now and save us all couple more years frustration with same all - same all. If I have to be frustrated, let's do it due to completely different reasons, whatever they may be.

Exactly. Maxx has been non existent even when healthy. Gilmore has had it flashes but to inconsistent. Waller has potential and I like him a lot but has a case of the dropsies and Boyle I like a lot but just haven't seen much in the passing game. As of now pitta is far and beyond our best option until proven otherwise. I get the ypc thing is low but he's moving chains. I don't see how he can be judged off of his ypc when our whole offense was built off check downs the whole season.

Yea pitta is obviously not what he was and can't stretch the field at all it seems but no other TE on the field this year deserved to play over him

I doubt it even if he is "stepping down". Given his health and the amount of money he has, I think he's full on retiring tbh. I know family who have done the same. I wouldn't blame him

    Idc do it anyway..

but yea if I was him I'd do the same.. he accomplished enough
