This game just confirms to me that if you give Joe excellent protection he can be an elite QB .

If Joe had the Dallas Cowboys line he would have 3-4 td throws every game . Sometimes 5 .

.....have been saying that for six years now. LOL. Welcome to the club!

  2. I love Steve. It is criminal that he did not play for the team that he was put on this earth to play for. The football gods designed a WR in the womb, to rescue Boller from himself and to extend the defense's persona to the offense. Just the other day, Steve took a piss, and sure enough, his urine was purple.

But he belongs in the HOF, and he belongs there as a Panther. I'm just eternally grateful to have had him at all, especially since he made it a poorly kept secret for years that he'd love to "play up there in Baltimore".

It's all the oline. give him time and he'll  eat teams alive. Don't give him time, he can get rattled and feel phantom pressure.

Yep, same story, different year. When they give Flacco clean pockets like they did today, it doesnt matter what the RBs do, or the defense does, we're going to win, against anybody. Well, except the 2014 playoff game against NE lol...defense just has to make a few stops here and there

    Please.

He's been capable of better even before this game. September may have been an easing in period but he underperformed all last month and even before, like when he did nothing against the Jets.

Today is the first time since his injury that I have seen him move fluidly and move at full speed. And lets not forget how horrendous the OL has been most of the year, and how many drops we have had. Nothing was going right. Now Flacco looks healthy, the OL is playing well today, and this is what happens. Its not like the first half of the season is the norm for Flacco. We know who he is and what he can do...so who cares about earlier in the year? I care about now and next week.

You can keep laughing at yourself, but I'm not.  Others can chime in here, but I gather you didn't play given what you're saying here.  So, as a receiver you want your QB throwing across the field and his body?

Honestly, I thought Flacco anticipated Wallace breaking back to the middle, or leading him to do so. But either way, its done and over, who cares...

My thought was that Flacco was already throwing across his body a bit, Wallace just let the pass go by. The throw was a bit high, so maybe he thought it was uncatchable, maybe he couldnt turn his body quick enough, who knows...
