I love Steve. It is criminal that he did not play for the team that he was put on this earth to play for. The football gods designed a WR in the womb, to rescue Boller from himself and to extend the defense's persona to the offense. Just the other day, Steve took a piss, and sure enough, his urine was purple.
But he belongs in the HOF, and he belongs there as a Panther. I'm just eternally grateful to have had him at all, especially since he made it a poorly kept secret for years that he'd love to "play up there in Baltimore".
Nah man, a coaching decision here, a dropped TD there, those are the real differences between 7 and 9 wins this year. I cannot in good conscience blame a dang thing on the defense this year, other than that embarrassment against Dallas.

Oline oline oline
Yep, same story, different year. When they give Flacco clean pockets like they did today, it doesnt matter what the RBs do, or the defense does, we're going to win, against anybody. Well, except the 2014 playoff game against NE lol...defense just has to make a few stops here and there

hmm...
Cant blame you for not thinking he was going to score, it wasn't looking good for a while, but overrated? Not even close
Yet another record for the Flacco ![]()
27 completions in the first half!!

Yes he is. Cant stand the guy

He's been capable of better even before this game. September may have been an easing in period but he underperformed all last month and even before, like when he did nothing against the Jets.
Today is the first time since his injury that I have seen him move fluidly and move at full speed. And lets not forget how horrendous the OL has been most of the year, and how many drops we have had. Nothing was going right. Now Flacco looks healthy, the OL is playing well today, and this is what happens. Its not like the first half of the season is the norm for Flacco. We know who he is and what he can do...so who cares about earlier in the year? I care about now and next week.
Mallet does have a better handoff than Flacco

Yeah, they're probably still salty from Joe sending them home in the playoffs a few years back
Wow wait, I think that was Flacco's rookie year. Talk about holding a grudge LOL

Definitely. And to think, he wasn't even in his top gear, he can run faster than that

heh, I'm yelling "why aren't you sprinting!! Run godd---it!! Ru-- oh...YAY"
Just now, Cillmatic said:They BETTER not take Flacco out. Let him get 400!!!
God no, get him out of there. Going to be pissed if he gets hurt just to chase some garbage time stats

Its crazy how fluid and effortless he runs
Thats a $120M throw and run ![]()
BeeeeeeeePeeeeeeeee
I wonder why Ravensconbeast and his ilk are so quiet today? I thought they were fans, wanting nothing but good things..they should be here cheering the team on, no?
dammit, I started Ravens D on both my fantasy teams...need to starting picking up sacks or turnovers to make up for that

1 minute ago, flynismo said:Honestly, I thought Flacco anticipated Wallace breaking back to the middle, or leading him to do so. But either way, its done and over, who cares...
My thought was that Flacco was already throwing across his body a bit, Wallace just let the pass go by. The throw was a bit high, so maybe he thought it was uncatchable, maybe he couldnt turn his body quick enough, who knows...
Just now, TheConquerorWorm said:It was both their faults. Throw was off target but Wallace did no favors not even trying. As a WR, you know a pass from a QB rolling is probably going to be off target.
Honestly, I thought Flacco anticipated Wallace breaking back to the middle, or leading him to do so. But either way, its done and over, who cares...
