problem is, if we had a guy like Welker, we would send him on 15 yard posts 80% of the time. it is true that we need a guy who can move the chains, but let's say we get Evans or Benjamin. we could play him and Torrey outside, and Pitta and Marlon can be our short yardage/middle of the field guys...assuming of course, that we add a few quick passes to the offense other than dump it off to Rice

I think he means that it is an opinion to say Jimmy struggled as a rookie. He did at times, but looked great at others. Overall Jimmy played pretty well.
