  1. Ice up! lol Great day to be a Ravens fan. Welcome to Baltimore, SS (finally!!)
  2. I figure about three weeks before he decks Flacco
  3. Wow. Seeing Steve wash the feet of homeless people....that's a side I never knew. He seems to have a heart of gold underneath that tough veneer
  4. Well, I think it is but a forgone conclusion that we will be adding Steve Smith within the next couple days. I'm sure his cap hit will be at or just above vet minimum, so this will be a great addition. I just pray that he has one more year left in his tank....I just dont know what to expect, considering his age, but for such a low price, it is damn well worth finding out what he can still do
  5. I'd settle for just four of those five things
  6. The guy who fumbles more than he scores, and offers nothing as a reciever?
  7. Well, we all know what a Flacco homer I am, but if someone thinks JJ deserved the SB MVP just as much, I could not argue with that in the least. It was pretty sick watching Flacco carve them up on one side of the field and JJ on the other. LOL
  8. We are paying him inline with what other #3 recievers make. Except, those #3 are not in the same universe as a return man as JJ.
  9. It blows my mind how clueless some people are
  10. Well, I guess that means we will be enjoying his services until that day comes
  11. WOW!!! I am stunned. I already resigned myself to losing JJ, who has grown to be one of my favorite players. So happy to have him here for the long haul!!! Just saw the contract details...the FO just hit another one outta the park
  12. Monroe / KO / Mack / Yanda / Wagner.... Health permitting, that would be a very good OL, on paper
  13. Steve Smith.....I have a personal vendetta against him for screwing over my FF team two seasons in a row a few years back. But bring the salty old dog in! We need someone to teach Torrey and Marlon how to be aggressive and fight for the ball. And I do think he'd be great if we used him as a faster version of Welker....which would also allow us to move Marlon to the outside regularly, where I think he would play his best.
  14. Yeah, he hasn't been as good a recieving option as DET anticipated, but on the other hand, he is far, far, faaar better than Dickson as a #2 recieving TE. And he is easily one of the, if not the, best blocking TE in the league. Throw him $2 - $2.5M and see if he bites!
  15. From our TE, we definitely need a guy who can throw some blocks....Pettigrew also gives us a reliable pass catcher so that we can run 2 TE sets when desired. Would love to get him
  16. Is Pettigrew available?? If so, we need to make him a big priority. Absolutely perfect fit for us and what we need.
  17. Sorry arnie, haven't been on here much lately.....do you disagree because you don't like Evans, or because you like other guys in addition to Evans at #17?
  18. I feel the same way. Unless one of the OT fall to us, the only guy worth taking at 17 is Evans. If he is not available, I would want us to trade back, and get another 2nd
  19. LOL, there will always be a way to blame Joe. Watch this: If Flacco weren't such a mediocre game manager, we would have repeated as SB champs, therefore we would not have had time to think the contract extension for Monroe through, and as a result, we would have impulsively caved in to his demands or tagged him. So it is Flacco's fault a deal did not get done with Monroe.
  20. He's serious; and hate to admit it as a Ravens fan, but there is quite a bit of truth to what he is saying
  21. It makes this fan lol too
  22. Because, well, I read their stuff. It truly is laughable.
  23. How can we be so good at evaluating talent, and so bad at developing it? Smh...this is a big reason why I am so happy with the shake up in the coaching staff. It was sorely needed
  24. Personally, I think PFF is garbage, and value their opinions as such, so with that said, they have him ranked as the #12 LT last year Based on last year alone, I actually agree with their assessment, for once. But the fact that Monroe was acquired mid-season, and had no help along the line from the incompetent fools next to him, it is somewhat impressive he managed to rank that high.
