  1. I watched quite a few movies yesterday:

--> Killer Elite: (Action / Suspense) starring: (Jason Statham, Clive Owen & Robert DeNiro)

Typical action flick with Statham doing his thing; four out of five stars

--> Everything Must Go: (Comedy / Drama) starring (Will Ferrell & Rebecca Hall)

Nice to see Will Ferrell sort of "out of character". Really liked this movie, except the ending; four out of five stars

--> 13: (Suspense / Thriller) starring: (Sam Riley, Jason Statham & Mickey Rourke)

Probably the worst movie I watched all weekend. It had it moments; three out of five stars

--> Boy Wonder (Action / Crime / Drama) starring: (Zulay Henao & Caleb Steinmeyer)

I thought this was going to be a "B-movie", turned out to be a good movie. Ending was pretty predictable about 75% of the way through; four out of five stars

Seriously. I want to read your posts. Change your font.

  2. Yeah she's in it. I don't think she had one line in it, but towards the end, when the one stoner is going on about George Washington and aliens, she's laying on the hood of the car. One of my favorite movies to watch. Also a young Cole Hauser.

Yeah. Now that I think of it, it's been years since I've watched that movie. Need to watch again. McConaughays belt buckle rocks.

  3. Wanna see contraband but not expecting anything much at all..

Excited about Liam neeson's The Grey

Both of those are January movies

When will Hollywood learn you cant re-create a wolf CG style? They all look AWFUL across the board!

The Twilight previews Ive seen......The Grey previews Ive seen......heck, even the Underworld movies Ive seen just cant get it right (Although Kate Beckinsale [crawling down an air-vent] in latex MORE than makes up for this!)

  4. What's everybody's favorite Christmas movie?

Mines gotta be 'A Christmas Story'. Classic that gets better with time.

A Christmas carol (really enjoy any version but the muppets one is great), scrooged, Christmas vacation, and a Christmas story are the staples at my house. Elf gets some play time as well.

  5. I rarely use the queue anymore. If I see something interesting while browsing I watch it. The queue now just holds foreign films that me and the wife are never in the mood to watch.

Mines filled with old movies I never have time to re-watch, and documentaries I'd like to watch and never get around to.
