I don't see anything with Samuel L. Jackson in it
I don't even remember him in it. Prolly just a cameo. Stop being a Waste products and watch the freaking movie already. You'll love it.
It sounds like a chick flick!
So it's perfect for you. ![]()
Then why do you always compare it to Drive lol?
It got similarities, but it's actually not only watchable, it's RE-watchable. And it can't be a knockoff of Drive if it was made years prior.
I mean, look at this cast.......Christian Slater as Clarence Worley, Patricia Arquette as Alabama Whitman, Michael Rapaport as Dick Ritchie, Bronson Pinchot as Elliot Blitzer, Saul Rubinek as Lee Donowitz, Dennis Hopper as Clifford Worley, James Gandolfini as Virgil, Gary Oldman as Drexl Spivey, Christopher Walken as Vincenzo Coccotti, Chris Penn as Nicky Dimes, Tom Sizemore as Cody Nicholson, Brad Pitt as Floyd, Val Kilmer as Elvis, & Samuel L. Jackson as Big Don
Since you're a horror buff, you should look up Ed Gein. The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Psycho and Silence of the Lambs can all be traced to him.
I know all about Ed. He was a sick puppy although there are worse ones throughout history.
Where I work we sell, among other things, artwork. We had two pieces by John Wayne Gacy. I really didn't like being in the same room with them.
No. Is Drive a knockoff?
Not at all. It's just too great of a movie not to see.
It was a heart breaker. I cried 6 times. 5 times because of the movie. The 6th time was because I cried 5 times.
Just go watch the movie for crying out loud.
I liked Drive, very slick, great atmosphere. Some of it was just slow.
Favorite movie is Leon: The Professional
Great, great movie. Portman and Oldman just put it on another level.
What's your favorite movie of all time, BR?
Have you watched True Romance yet?
C'mon. Spend that lawyer money before you make it! It's the American way!!!
The critics on RT are absolutely heartless, so that's telling me something.
PS, weren't you the same one that said reviews mean nothing?
Yes. I generally don't follow reviews, but if something has an 80%+ favorable (Drive not included) its usually a decent flick.
All the positive reviews so far are just gushing over the new twist they've given this movie. As a huge lifetime fan of the horror genre, I'm really excited to see it. They've apparently done a great job on this one.
Nah, I think It looks pretty bad... I'll wait for DVD.
I thought people who had seen advance screenings were loving it. I said before it looks like Friday The 13th meets The Truman Show. I can't wait to see it.
20 critic reviews in in rotten tomato and a 91% like rate is not too shabby.
Wrath of The Titans. Eye candy. Strictly eye candy.
Anyone saw John Carter? It looked like a blatant Avatar rip-off to me, please tell me if you disagree...
I have not seen it but I know the John Carter story is actually decades old. Almost 100 years old, in fact. So I'd say avatar is the rip off.
I learned that today!
Then why isn't it my "what I learned today" thread? Amateurs!!!!
Hahahahahaha. That's wonderful. I'm gonna use that to threaten my cats.
I have brother and sister cats that we rescued that think like both those, lol. Brother is dumb as a rock and the sister is huge and evil.
Actually, I was pushing out a fart in that photo...that's my poo face!
Please. Never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever post your o face.
Mr Clooney begs to differ!
You need to define your chin and work on your crows feet STAT.
Steve Jobs is overrated, Ashton is a good fit
I is the sad.
This is the worst page in this thread.

Jobs is a genius. Ashton, besides going after Demi, is a moron.
No. Steve deserved better! Lol. Damn you Hollywood.
Love it!!!
More so than that avatar pic
