Well let me just say this...We've had 4 different offensive coordinators since Harbaugh has been here and our offense has been the same boring offense for 9 years. Now if the coordinators are truly the ones running the offense, why hasn't the offense changed? When Kubiak came to the Ravens, Harbaugh said it wouldn't be Kubiaks offense... it would be the Ravens offense. And you know what?????? It is the Ravens offense!! And who runs the Ravens?? HARBAUGH!! So that tells me that Harbaugh (Horri-ball) runs the offense. It has shown that for 9 years. Unless of course Steve and Ozzie allow Harbaugh to hire FRIENDS without a REAL plan. The Ravens had no adjustments for the Patriots. So you play the WHOLE GAME the same way? Try adjusting your offense to where they don't know what you're going to do. Unless you totally ignore in-game adjustments. Or maybe you're not experienced in making adjustments! Forget next week!! Theres no way we beat the Steelers in Pittsburgh! I HOPE I'M WRONG!!

Way to go Harbaugh...Call out one of your players! Take a look in the mirror! What happen to keeping that stuff in the locker room! Sounds like someone is getting frustrated! This is John Harbaugh's offense. He's the Captain of the Ship. If something is not working, it's up to the Captain to adjust accordingly! The only adjustments he makes during a game is to his britches. He's a SOFT COACH with no killer instincts until the 4th quarter when he begins opening his eyes and seeing a football game in progress. Mr Bisciotti it's hard to believe you allow one of your business managers to fail in one half the business (Offense)and in the other half (Defense)! Are you hiring??

I know everyone wants to blame the defense and I agree. But why is it when you play the worst defense in the league followed by the next to last defense in the league you can't score points in the first half. The ravens offense plays with NOT ONE IOTA sense of urgency in the first half (and maybe 3 quarters) until they kind of wake up and start to look desperate in the 4th quarter. You know...I remember JOHN HARBAUGH saying a couple years ago that it's not Gary Kubiak's offense..it's the RAVENS OFFENSE and he repeated it this year with Trestman. Well let me say this.. That would tell me that it's JOHN HARBAUGHS offensive thinking on how the offense should operate. Our offense has been this way since Harbaugh arrived. Well Mr. Bisciotti, it's about time you strip JH from the offense and maybe let it be the OFFENSIVE COORDINATORS OFFENSE because the RAVENS OFFENSE absolutely stinks. Against Cleveland the week before you had them down 14-3 and the offense died for a quarter and a half letting the Browns back in the game. I feel like there's no killer instinct about putting a team away when you have them down. No.... we let them hang around and they get the feeling like they have a chance. When the other team is down...step on their throats and KEEP THEM DOWN! But we have a coach that talks a good game about "OUR GUYS ARE TOUGH". Well we need a TOUGH COACH!!!
