So, what's the deal with Siragusa? Ranked 2nd in both pass and run, had the best combine of all the guards, yet nobody was really talking about him and he dropped to mid 4th in underwhelming OL class? Who is crazy here?
Philadelphia - town of inferiority complex?
I don't know who I want now. DeAngelo Yancey maybe?
Screw you Bears

Just watch some games from 2015/16 and don't paraphrase player's scouting profile from nfl.com.

This is wrong.
23 minutes ago, Jonah DeVito said:He is a good returner. However he was fortunate enough to play with a dominate front 7 and which made his life very easy. I wouldn't say great instincts, id say average. Numerous interceptions of his were handed right to him due to terrible throws (thanks to the front 7). Loses track of his coverage responsibilities as he tries too hard anticipating the QB. Still needs improvement in the physical part of his game. Its really just one of those situations where the surrounding cast makes the player look so much better than he really is.
I don't buy into that argument too much, front 7 also relies on guys to cover at the back.
Jackson definitely has room to improve but he's been a safety for just 2 seasons, after playing WR in high school and CB in his first season in college. The only real knock on him for me is physicality but he'd have time to improve on that while learning from the master.
18 minutes ago, Jonah DeVito said:@allblackraven If you want to see incredible instincts watch Lorenzo Jerome. Ridiculous ball skills. The knock on him is he is from a small school and a little small, but he played great at the senior bowl and NFLPA game. He is also a great kick returner.
Mentioned before, I haven't had much time to watch as many players as I'd like. Will check him out, at least highlight reel before the clock starts.

Great instincts and nose for the ball and better hands than most WRs (he was one before Saban turned him into DB). Range to cover over the top and in the middle. Deadly returner. Improved a lot in physical part of the game / tackling. Lines up secondary. Team captain.

Make sure to also let them know that Humphrey had 2 catches in that game and scored one TD
Just went through the entire draft so far and man, have AFC North had some ridiculous talent pumped in...

There's one very good available, safety Eddie Jackson. I'm not religious but I will pray we take him with our 1st pick day 3.

Not to mention Lawrence Guy

Best pure 3-4 EDGE in the draft.
Almost identical situation to Justin Houston. Few spots difference.
I still can't believe we got Williams where we did. That front will be scary regardless of everything else but with the secondary we just built, it turns into total nightmare for any team facing us.

Like Smash Williams
Short of some injuries, either ZDS or KC don't get to play their entire rookie contract in Baltimore.

If it was him, I think we sign Mangold next week. I think it was Kupp, though.
OK. After the big celebration in Auckland, New Zealand following Tim Williams selection, I am happy to say:
Ozzie, all is forgiven!!! Elam, Brown, everything!!!
Our lost identity has been found again.
1 minute ago, GrimCoconut said:Maybe the Ravens hope that the defense will be so good, it will set a historic NFL record and just give Flacco the ball in or very close to the endzone. Maybe Ozzie and crew are ahead of the curve and are planning to just score using the defense.
Maybe.
Tomorrow we take Eddie Jackson.
