I missed the games by oversleeping, looks like they both sucked like yesterdays games though.

Yeah I could see dallas being bundled out in the divisionals too. Atlanta actually lucked out with the 2 seed getting the easier matchup in the divs.
So with this win I can see atlanta going to the NFC title game and the packers/giants upsetting dallas
booo detroit, neither of these teams deserve to advance

Devin hester seattle.
24 minutes ago, Cville-Raven said:Yeah the pats have about as easy a road as they've had in a while. If the Steelers get dropped before the AFC title game then I think it's pretty much a lock that they're going to the SB.
Agreed, i'm actually kinda disappointed how easy the road is. Oakland without carr, houston and miami really don't excite me in the least as a neutral fan of good teams.
1 minute ago, redrum52 said:Funny you say that. My friend and I have basically said its Giants or Packers SB to lose. Was hoping they wouldn't have to meet until NFC championship, but it is what it is. Only "comp" you really have is Steelers and Chiefs, but would've been interesting if Carr was never hurt.
Well from a pats fan perspective this is all set out perfectly for us. Green bay and NY are horrible threats to us but one has to be eliminated by week 1. In the AFC no team I think beats us but the two I mentioned will play next week if the steelers beat miami and thus eliminating another potential threat. I feel abd for oakland I thinkt hey could have made the afc title game, them playing the steelers would have brought back some good old memories. I dont trust atlanta or dallas. And yes you are right miami fans have this weird cockiness about them despite not being relevant since the marino days.
9 minutes ago, redrum52 said:Which teams worry you in both conferences? No need to name the Giants either...
Well then my second would be the packers honestly, when the packers pass rush wanna play they are really a pest. Plus rodgers is pretty great. For the AFC it has to be the chiefs because of hill and the defense. But i'm not too worried about the AFC. NFC is very tricky to figure out.
33 minutes ago, allblackraven said:I can't believe so many of you are picking Giants over GB
They beat the packers last 2 times they played in the playoffs, then they made superbowl and beat us twice. Playoff manning and that defense is not something to chuckle at.
Hawks, raiders, steelers and giants. But I could see every match being 50/50

It's always a popular vote not necessarily always the one who deserves it. Rodgers winning 6 straight for them I bet will woo the voters.
Rodgers will probably get MVP

He should never have been hired, it's an absolute farce. Now they go and hire Clement who struggled in the Championship with one of the league's better teams, it's not going to end well IMO.
Entitled? I spose there are some fans like that in most fanbases but if any fans feel entitled to winning the title it's liverpool fans who have felt that way for 20 plus years. Then again reading dailymail and rawk forum comments give me this impression. Arsenal tv is good fun to watch after a bad result too. Conte has been brilliant in his first year here.
Oh and yeah swansea have been terribad this season, I hope sunderland goes down with swansea and westham. But only 2/3 might happen.
58 minutes ago, JO_75 said:That was in 2007 right? The year the Giants beat you guys to make you 18-1 right? Wouldn't be surprised to see it come down to the Pats and Giants again but the Packers have crazy momentum right now.
I know right. It might be a bad time for the Giants too, Packers have all the momentum and look to be the "hot team" at the right time. Should be interesting to see if the Giants defense can stop the Packers momentum or if the Packers will continue to roll.
Well interestingly enough both times the giants went to the superbowl and beat us they also beat the packers twice. In 2007 the giants ended up beating the 13-3 cowboys in divisional and the packers in nfc title game. In 2011 they destroyed the 15-1 packers in the divisional and then the niners in OT due to special teams screw ups.
I hope my boys chelsea can beat spuds and go 14 straight breaking a regular season win streak record. Will be harder at spurs ground though.

I feel deja vu with ti all as well.
35 minutes ago, redrum52 said:After Thomas went down for Seattle I said Giants and GB were the biggest threats. Still believe it. Putting Rodgers inside in the playoffs is trouble.
Agreed, though they will both likely face eachother int he wildcard.
2 hours ago, JO_75 said:Green Bay has all the momentum. Green Bay I see is the only threat to the Cowboys, much like the Chiefs are the only threats to the Patriots and Steelers in the AFC.
Giants if they face them can upset them.
19 minutes ago, allblackraven said:Steelers don't have anything on these Chiefs.
I'd agree but they have a soft dolphins wildcard game at home and then the chiefs have been known to be a different team in the playoffs. Very chokey or make a lot of dumb decisions like they did against us last year or that colts game.
5 minutes ago, JO_75 said:If the Chiefs can do this to the Patriots in the playoffs.... that would be great. I'm rooting for the Chiefs the rest of the way.
if they get the 2nd seed it makes it a lot easier for them to get to foxboro. But they will probably have to deal with pittsburgh in the divisionals anyways.
10 minutes ago, Cville-Raven said:lol I think they'd still lose against the Raiders with or without Carr
lol me too, what an awful divison
2 minutes ago, Cville-Raven said:lol that first round game at Houston is going to be so bad
Lol may be the exact same game as last year, kansas 30-houston 0. Although now that carr is injured oakland probably lose to denver and then play houston this time around.
booooo houston suck
