True true, they aren't looking great in this game so far either.
10 minutes ago, 52520Andrew said:Don't trust Alex Smith in crunch time, at least Ben has shown he is capable in the past
Oh not worried about him, but kelce and hill and the defense are a concern.
1 minute ago, 52520Andrew said:Packers have choked in the postseason too many times for me to believe that. Nearly choked away the Dallas game as well. You guys have a huge edge in coaching on all the remaining teams
You may be right but I really hate getting into possible shootouts. I suppose better defensive teams are the ones to typically eliminate us in post season play but even still ehh. Kansas are a tougher game than the steelers though.
Just now, DomMcRaven said:I mean seriously, why is Joey Porter getting any exposure?
He's always been a psycho, how he could be hired as a coach is even more baffling.
Just now, Inqui said:I'm actually not among them, but you won't have any problems finding people who hate the "bend but don't break" philosophy around here.
I don't like the idea of giving up cheap yards, but at least thats better than giving up TD's like it's no tomorrow. The prevent defense scheme is the worst popular formation in football imo.
1 minute ago, 52520Andrew said:I would say KC has a top tier defense but they don't really have a shot in Foxborogh. Patriots can at least slow down the Packers or Falcons and neither team has a shot at slowing down Brady
Packers scare me more, I know they are the type of team to bring a good pass rush when it really matters and win a shootout.
Just now, RaineV1 said:I really like NE's defense. It's really disciplined and doesn't make mistakes. You guys have a great DC.
If you believe the media he's being poached for head coach roles next season. It's still that gross bend not break style that gives up a lot of field goals though and that really sucks at the end of games.
Just now, JO_75 said:Well then as I said, no teams in the playoffs have any defense. Chiefs made that look as easy as the Steelers made it look easy. Might have another shootout if Alex Smith can keep up with Ben and co.
Kansas and NE have defense. Not top tier defense but good defense.
i'm 4-1 on picks, but this game is the hardest to call for me. I wanna say chiefs win it 24-21
I see atlanta playing us in the SB right now.
Same old story dalals haha
So who should win pin in for the superbowl, I think dallas makes it if they win and atlanta makes it if green bay win.

The NHL is the hardest sport out of any sport to pick a winner come playoffs time, parity is the norm.
1 minute ago, 52520Andrew said:Be like watching the Harry Potter movies after reading the books lol
Haha I did that too up until the 4th one. Back in the 90s though we had to wait like 8 years for the english dub for DBZ.
Just now, rossihunter2 said:lol im applying to a job listening to the dulcet tones of phil simms
Phil is like somerville and madden near the end, theres nothing good left in the commentary or tone lol
Just now, JO_75 said:Honestly if this turns into a blowout, I might start working on a mock draft. How ironic is it that with the talk of Vince Wilfork retiring after whenever the Texans lose, his career could end at the hands of the Patriots.
Honestly i'm not even watching the game just having the live scores update in it. If you have stuff that needs to be done that's better time spent.
3 minutes ago, JO_75 said:Dragon Ball Super came on at 8 but it's about to be over so your stuck watching this game.
Patriots taking it easy on the Texans so far. Guess they don't want to embarrass them too bad on National TV.
I saw the japanese episodes of it already, they took way too long to come out with the english dub. They are on like episode 76 over there.
15 minutes ago, 52520Andrew said:Good news for the A's if the Raiders move is that they will probably get a new stadium. I am sure they aren't happy with the current stadium either though
Yeah I like the A's much more so thats good but I do have a soft spot for the raiders.
3 hours ago, 52520Andrew said:It would be nice if Oakland got a good stadium proposal out there like St. Louis did at least. I don't think the Raiders have much of a choice with their current stadium
Well my oakland A's share the stadium atm with them and they don't like it either. But that's no reason to relocate just because of a stadium.
8 hours ago, 52520Andrew said:I wouldn't mind a place like Oklahoma City or Portland getting a shot. Both seem to do well with their NBA franchises. I think Vegas has made a nice case for themselves though so I think they should get the Raiders. As for LA getting the Raiders, I think one of the big reasons they aren't going there is the gang concerns. I know it goes so far that some schools in the LA area ban sportswear. Plus it doesn't sound like the current Rams owner wants Raider fans streaming through his new stadium.
Man america is crazy when it comes to what motivates gangs. I think they should just stay in oakland really. I think portland would be a good spot for the chargers. Oklahoma or san antonio possibly too.
3 hours ago, 52520Andrew said:Yeah always seemed like a neutral field when we played in San Diego, can't say I sympathize too much with a fan base that doesn't show up to their own games
I agree, I just think if you are gonna move to another city then it should be them in vegas and not the raiders.
2 hours ago, 52520Andrew said:I think the weather plays a big role in these teams struggling with fans. Why pay attention to a franchise like the Chargers with weather like they have and beaches right there. Always seemed to be a neutral field when the Ravens played there and I don't see that improving in LA
I suppose but why not do both? It's not like you cant have the beach and see a football game 8 times a year. I think cali besides oakland has crummy fans.
5 hours ago, JO_75 said:Yeah so now St. Louis and San Diego have fell victim to the NFL's love for LA. Honestly I don't think 2 teams in LA will work. I think the Chargers will end up moving out of LA and this will be a total failure.
Well 1 team doesn't even work. Also san diego has always had poor home team support they should have done something about that ages ago instead of just relocating.
Eww, LA doesn't have a good fanbase for the rams, now the chargers are joining them. Well at least when they merge they can become a 8-8 team ![]()
