Finally, us taking Reddick over Davis, which just seems like an Ozzie move. Great mock.
Thank you. My last couple picks were hard for me I think I got tired after like pick 24 lol. The last 4 picks made my friend's head scramble. But it does seem like every year there is a small school guy who is projected in the 2nd round with a ton of talent like the year of Deone Bucannon somehow sneaking into the 1st round like I can possibly see Rivers.
3 hours ago, Prino61 said:If Mike Williams, Corey Davis and O.J Howard are on the board at 16 who would you take?
O.J. Howard easily. He's being talked about being the best tight end since forever. Davis and Williams are good receivers but no one has ever said they are the best in years. If depth at tight end is a concern, sounds like Boyle will likely be transitioning to fullback and you can always list Pitta as a wide receiver, because that is what he is.
One last mock before this place no longer exists!
1. Cleveland Browns – Myles Garrett DE Texas A&M
I almost pray they mess this up and go quarterback.
2. San Francisco 49ers – Jamaal Adams S LSU
Most NFL ready and most polished player in the draft with sky-high ceiling.
3. Chicago Bears – Malik Hooker S Ohio State
Bears add the most ball-hawking safety to come out in years.
4. Jacksonville Jaguars – Leonard Fournette RB LSU
I don’t like a running back this high in the draft. But defense is pretty solid with young players. Biggest weaknesses are RB and O-line. I do not see them addressing QB this draft and give Bortles one last shot.
5. Tennessee Titans – Johnathan Allen DT/DE Alabama
Titans need to figure out a way to slow down opposing offenses to control games with their strong offensive running attack. They start in the trenches.
6. New York Jets – Mitchell Trubisky QB UNC
First quarterback off the board. Quarterback will likely fail with no supporting cast.
7. Los Angeles Chargers – Deshaun Watson QB Clemson
Chargers are in a good spot to trade back. If they don’t I think the best value would to begin the search for Rivers’ successor.
8. Carolina Panthers – Reuben Foster LB Alabama
AJ Klein is gone. Thomas Davis is 34 years old. Panthers’ defense relies on their linebackers and why not get the best in the draft.
9. Cincinnati Bengals – Solomon Thomas DE Stanford
I don’t see what everyone else sees in Thomas. I know he has a high ceiling but I think he drops and maybe even further. I could see the Bengals hoping on the talent to add to their front seven.
10. Buffalo Bills – Marshon Lattimore CB Ohio State
The Buffalo Bills finally catch a break in their franchise history and land the most talented prospect at cornerback, which ends up being their biggest need.
11. New Orleans Saints – Derek Barnett DE Tennessee
Any help to their defense would be fantastic. Barnett would be a consistent presence on the edge who is solid in both the run game and at getting to the passer.
12. Cleveland Browns – OJ Howard TE Alabama
This offense is loaded for whenever they can find that quarterback of the future.
13. Arizona Cardinals – Mike Williams WR Clemson
I don’t see Kiser or Mahomes being draftable at #13. Would be a reach, I think they try to replace their
14. Philadelphia Eagles – Marlon Humphery CB Alabama
Eagles need all the secondary help they can get. McCaffery would also be good here.
15. Indianapolis Colts – Christian McCaffery RB Stanford
Many don’t see him down this far but I can see him fall. Possibly the team that promised they would draft him.
16. Baltimore Ravens – Hasaan Reddick LB Temple
Suggs is ancient. Nobody on defense has better film. Added burst on the edge that was lost when Dumervil left. Can slide in at WILL linebacker instead. Most versatile player in the draft.
17. Washington Redskins – Cam Robinson OT Alabama
6’6 behemoth who likely projects better at guard.
18. Tennessee Titans – Corey Davis WR Western Michigan
Loss of Kendall Wright will impact their run first offense with no other speed threat on offense. Davis adds that home run threat.
19. Tampa Bay Buccaneers – Tre’Davious White CB LSU
Team needs secondary help. Conley was initial pick here but with off-the-field issues being investigated, it may take a slightly lower-graded corner.
20. Denver Broncos - Ryan Ramczyk OT Wisconsin
Almost as difficult to type as Kyle Juszczyk. They need to upgrade that o-line for their team to go anywhere.
21. Detroit Lions – Jarrad Davis ILB/OLB Florida
Defense underperformed in 2016.
22. Miami Dolphins – Malik McDowell DT/DE MSU
No one saw this coming. Dolphins add a top 5 physically talented player to go anywhere on their defensive line.
23. New York Giants – Garret Boles OT Utah
The only way the Giants will ever be able to make a playoff run will be keeping Eli Manning on his feet.
24. Oakland Raiders – Adoree Jackson CB USC
Raiders need cornerback help. This adds a big time playmaker both as a corner and as a returner.
25. Houston Texans – Patrick Mahomes QB Texas Tech
I don’t want this to be a thing. But they seem dead set on getting a quarterback.
26. Seattle Seahawks – Forest Lamp Western Kentucky
Seattle needs that interior push for their run game to become dominant again.
27. Kansas City Chiefs – Dalvin Cook RB Florida State
With no off the field issues, Cook would be likely a top 10 pick. Chiefs have had inconsistent performances the past couple years. This will fix that.
28. Dallas Cowboys – Obi Melifonwu S UConn
Dallas adds another physical freak to attempt to band-aid their secondary.
29. Green Bay Packers – Buddha Baker S Washington
Versatility at safety and cornerback will give the team what they lost when Micah Hyde left.
30. Pittsburgh Steelers – Jordan Willis OLB KSU
This team needs edge guys to step up. Good bend needs to improve against the run.
31. Atlanta Falcons – Derek Rivers DE Youngstown State
Injected more talent into an already talented defense.
32. New Orleans Saints – Sidney Jones CB Washington
Top 15 pick, if not higher, if not for his pro day injury. On pace to be ready in September. Saints are in no position to have to rush this guy back and adds talent they wouldn’t have normally have been able to land.
Hopefully I didn't forget anybody important.

I hope you are wrong
1 minute ago, Ravenskid52752 said:Yes this is true no smokescreen real chance Trubisky is the first pick and Browns are leaning towards that. Multiple people have said this in the latest draft talks about the Browns.
If he is the #1 overall pick the Browns will regret it. But as a Ravens fan I hope they mess this pick up. Would be nice not playing Garrett 2x a year.
3 minutes ago, rossihunter2 said:Maybe it's smokescreen but the rumours seem to be that the titans are in love with lattimore but are worried he might not be there, in which case mike Williams is likely next on the board
In most mocks it has the Titans going offense which is funny because I think they do need to get a speedster but it doesn't have to be at the top of the draft. I think 1 of the 2 picks will be offense but their defense is such a let down. Lattimore at #5 wouldn't be bad but I don't see him at 12. I think they are a team that needs to get defensive playmakers that can keep opponents out of the endzone because their run game can control outcomes of games.
I actually think the Titans are a dark horse team that could actually beat the Patriots. To be the Pats you have to win at TOP and they have the o-line and running backs to do it. I don't think Pittsburgh and Oakland have the offenses to do it.
I think upgrading their defense would be the way to go. Lattimore would be a fantastic choice.
1 minute ago, balfan23 said:Well, its settled then .. a WR it is!
My hope is the Ravens somehow snag Zay Jones in the second round. He is what the team needs. A fantastic route runner for the slot who finds the holes in defenses. May not pick up that much YAC but man he makes defenders look terrible.
8 minutes ago, cmillionard3 said:It was pretty updated in the fact that Mixon fell and Conley fell all the way to round 7 due to the rape allegations.
What round did Mixon fall to? From what I have read it sounds like he will likely be selected in the mid-late 2nd round.
A lot of the story that has come out about Conley sounds like it was all a lie. Conley won't talk to police until Monday and some teams will likely be afraid of that. But it sounds like from what was reported to the police from witnesses, nothing happened. No charges or warrant for his arrest.
1 minute ago, JoeyFlex5 said:you may be missing something regarding reddick... he has potentially the best film of any defender in the class.
the only knock on this kid is weight. as far as what he actually has shown on the field, i dont know if any single player has been more impressive in this class. other guys may top him on measurables, but reddick simply jumps off film more than anyone in the class.
My dream draft pick. But deep down I know he won't be there. And it will make me punch my wall tomorrow night I already know.
Just now, rossihunter2 said:The titans just need good receivers - they don't really have the place to be pernickety about style
I disagree. The Titans proved last year they don't need good receivers to have a potent offense. They were 11th in total yards last season and 14th in points scored last season. Mike Williams does not open up anything else in their offense.
If I am the Titans I would be aiming for Davis or Ross to fall to 18. I think if they go offense the first pick if they traded back with Cleveland they would go more the OJ Howard route. OJ Howard would give them another fantastic blocker and solid hands in their run first offense.
The Titans need speed and they know that. The more defenders downfield covering a speedster the less are in the box for Murray and Henry to try to run over.
1 hour ago, PurpleHorseman said:Corey Davis all the way if Available. If he gets by every fan will be so upset by his rookie season!! Reddick a touch overrated at this juncture. Don't get me wrong I wouldn't be to angry if we picked him. But a touch overrated so far. Not the thumper with instincts that Foster is. Not an elite edge rusher. He is somewhat a project edge rusher and ilb. May not be ready week1
I think you should go back and watch Reddick's film more. He has burst on the line to play outside and he knows how to shed blockers and track down ball carriers probably better than anyone in this draft. I think he would be an okay OLB but I think he may be better at WILL linebacker. But if I had to pick between Davis and Reddick, I would choose Reddick based off of film.
22 minutes ago, Sami84 said:I will say that I will raise an eyebrow if we have 2-3 + draft picks from Alabama and Michigan.
I won't if it is Reubon Foster/OJ Howard round 1 and Jabrill Peppers/Taco Charlton in round 2.
I hate the simulators because they aren't realistic. I like the idea, but I wish they were more accurate and updated better somehow. Sidney Jones won't fall to the third, he will likely be at the end of round 1 or top of round 2 at the latest.
29 minutes ago, Ravens4Real said:I'm pretty sure the FO is coming to the conclusion that Mike Williams will not be there for our pick.
Don't know why everyone thinks this. I think Davis and Ross are way better fits for Tennessee. The receivers they have already are those posession type guys. They lost Wright and will likely want to replace that in their offense especially since they are run first. If they go receiver I think Davis and Ross would be better fits for them.
6 minutes ago, rossihunter2 said:lance zierlein literally just spoke about how all team sources he's spoken to have said that short of a full clearance before the end of the draft he will not be drafted
Every media person has said different things about what has come out.
Someone's mock draft I just looked at had us taking Corey Davis over Hasaan Reddick. I think it Hasaan is somehow there, I think that will be the pick. I love Corey Davis and I think he will be a starter in the league and be a solid wide receiver, but Reddick on film does everything right. He can play multiple positions. He needs to be on this team.
Plus Corey Davis or not on offense, or any offensive piece in this draft I don't think changes how good this offense is. And the Ravens offense is going to be terrible next season. I hope that Perriman backpacks the team and carries them and I know there is still a wave of free agency but I already don't like what I see. The Ravens are going to have to run the ball to be successful on offense and that would mean the team needs to sign a veteran and have someone like Wesley step it up.
Their defense though if Reddick was selected at #16 I think would be better at every level this year than last year except at the defensive line. I think the loss of Lawerence Guy will be the most underrated free agency loss for this team. I think young guys could replace what he did, but I think there are games the team gets ran over and people will be blaming it on Brandon Williams who just signed a new massive contract, even when it won't be his fault.
Truth be told the Ravens getting back to the playoffs and winning another super bowl in the next 3 years relies on how this defense does. Especially when the playoffs will be going through Pittsburgh, New England, Oakland, etc.
2 minutes ago, rmw10 said:Still going with Conley that high in light of the recent news?
Most media analysts that have heard more information about the Conley situation all still have him in the first round. Chris Simms said it perfectly in his latest mock draft, teams that are not as high on Conley will likely shy away but for teams that are still high on him, they will do their homework. He still has him going #14 to the Eagles.
23 minutes ago, Edgar said:Bengals - 11 picks
Browns - 12 picks
Steelers - 8 picks.
Bengals are in good position to make a run at the division, particularly if they draft well.
Possibly John Ross or Dalvin Cook at nine. Either would be a handful.
On defense I can see them getting Reddick, Barnett, or Foster.
Pittsburgh could end up with McDowell, Watt...Budda Baker would be a nice pairing with last year's second rounder.
Man, I'd like to be more optimistic but we have a lot of catching up to do personnel wise.
1 We haven't drafted particularly well of late
2 we've allowed certain players to walk that to an outsider, would have made sense to retain, consequently opening new holes that need filling.
3 we have not one player on either side of the ball that gives our opponents even moderate consternation.
On paper, we are AT LEAST a year away ....if we do everything right.
This draft ought to change this teams direction. My pause comes to play in that I feel our FO may be drafting more to fill needs than drafts of old.
Drafting to save their jobs.
Bengals lost too much talent in FA and were already a struggling team. To be honest I wouldn't be surprised if Cleveland has a better record next season than the Bengals.
2 minutes ago, January J said:Were gonna come away with atleast 3 to 4 BIG TIME players when all is said and done. One day away fellas. Bitter sweet though knowing that it also means the board is about to close for good. Will be a major buzzkill after an awesome draft.
Boards will come back next year after the team wins the super bowl and all the bandwagon fans want somewhere to talk about this so called Ravens draft being awesome?
3 minutes ago, January J said:I think that's what he meant by the statement too- but thats absolute Malarkey. Ozzie and decosta would not and never will be scared or hesitant to pull the trigger on a player simply based on past results. Every situation is circumstantial and a new opportunity. If anything we're due to finally land one that becomes a pro bowl caliber receiver.
I think Tampa is probably the best bet for him too. That's right around the range he'll go- keep him close to home- and you know Jamies would love it as he is a big fan of him.
Well said don't look at past receivers and be afraid to take another. I actually was a big fan of Perriman last year and excited to see what he can do. But there needs more talent and juice infused into that offense. A wide receiver in the first 2 rounds would benefit this team greatly.

Plus Reddick is more NFL ready and already has some of the most impressive film out there. I think he actually can play either will linebacker or play outside linebacker. I think you put Correa at inside if he proves he has it and put Reddick at OLB and then move Judon or Suggs to DE because they both can play that position.
