The Miz!!!!
That just set up a Miz vs Bryan feud for the US Title... and now we wait for Triple H..... to screw Cena and help Nexus.
And the Miz comes and helps out the Nexus, told you JO_75.
Read Above... what I just wrote all they did was set up the Miz and Bryan storyline, if the Miz would have helped Nexus win he Bryan would have been eliminated and he would have hit Cena.... it's only setting up a Miz vs Bryan feud and the match isn't over I could still be right.
Never mind, Cena getting beat down like this is pointing to HHH coming in for the swerve...
Yes but the way it's shaping up is that there are 2 WWE Guys, and 3 Nexus guys, I expect this to come down to Cena and 2 Members of Nexus. If Triple H does come out and help Nexus... I will have been right about it from the beginning.
Let's Go Cena... CENA Sucks.... Let's Go Cena... Cena Sucks! LOL love the crowd. The Crowd is really into the PPV.
FF, Jericho is now the best at getting eliminated.
Right now with Bryan being too predictable the only options left that give the unpredictably is Triple H returning and costing Team WWE.
It's now down to Cena/Bryan vs 4 3 Members of Nexus.
Cena hasn't been in yet has he?
Nope... which is quite interesting.
Does anyone think Bryan could jump shift back to Nexus at the end of the night and Bryan be the one who cost Team WWE the match?
4 on 4, Morrison, Truth, and Bret are gone for Team WWE.
Yeah, Daniel Bryan replacing The Miz? That's crap.
The fact that Michael Cole is bringing up the possibility that Bryan could be a plant for Nexus on the team means that possibility is ruled out automatically.
Terrible way to bring him back. I was expecting Motorhead to blare and Triple H to come out to be the 7th member but not Bryan. The Miz would have been better to keep him on the team to keep him relevant with him having the MITB brief case.
Now I'll be happy with Bryan returning if and only if Bryan sides with WWE and than turns on them and goes back to Nexus(if Triple H isn't revealed as the Leader of Nexus) and goes on a management rant where he says he used Cena to get back in to the company and how he knew if he could buddy up with Cena the management would let him back in, and go on one of those rants.
Bryan made Young Tap and now it's down to 7 vs 5 already? The Nexus is about to go on a roll and get it even. I don't think Bryan returning is the major swerve, I still think that something major will happen, whether it's Triple H or Cena, someone is going heel and getting Nexus the win.
Daniel Byran I think someone on WWE.COM leaked it
Wow.... that person will be fired.
Well Franchise when you think about it at least Cena isn't wearing Denver Broncos colors, and if you think about it is he wearing Ravens colors!
It's official, Daniel Bryan has returned and is part of Team WWE!
The Undertaker looks even older than he did before he left...
Yeah I know I noticed that too. I thought they would have played with it where Taker choke slams Rey and Kane & Taker walk out with Rey in the ring.
Wow... 10:10PM and Nexus vs Team WWE already, man I feel like it shouldn't be happening yet, I feel like there should be 1 more match. There is no way this is going to go almost an hour.
So what is the big swerve? Is it Triple H who helps Nexus win and was behind everything; or does Daniel Bryan who conveniently canceled his NYC appearance last night and has nothing scheduled for Monday Nights and Night Of Champions and is now back on the Raw Roster(thanks FF) make his return but which side will he choose? Or Does Cena go heel and join Nexus like Franchise says he wants to happen? This should be interesting.
Been a good PPV and I guess since Tiffany got suspended they just took the Laycool vs Tiffany/Kelly Kelly Match off the card and just had them do a promo with Melina instead.
Kane vs Mysterio, does Undertaker return tonight?
I'm hoping they do a swerve and Nexus are the ones who attacked Taker because even though certainly Taker/Kane would be better this time around due to both Taker/Kane being able to cut promos but it's been done too much. They can still say how Justin Gabriel dressed up like Rey and made sure Gabriel was the last person Taker saw to set Rey up.
I'll give my full thoughts at the end but it's been a good PPV so far. The Miz is truly.... AWESOME!!!
Wouldn't it be something if The Miz is the one to beat Nexus and not Cena, as in The Miz pins Barrett to give WWE the win.
What if Vince is behind the whole Nexus thing? All these times someone has tried to take his company out maybe he has finally lost it and he wants to do it,
Your half right on where I want them to go with this angle and that is a big reason why I have said Triple H being behind the Nexus would happen. With Triple H joining Nexus Trips can say he's had enough and say WCW couldn't take you out of business so he will. He can use Nexus to try to gain Ownership of the WWE from Vince and say that he knows it will be his company anyway when Vince is gone, but why wait so he's going to do it now. They could have Stephanie even play a part in this where she tries to convince Trips to stop and say how if it wasn't for her dad they wouldn't be together, and Trips just won't listen.
I personally would love to see a swerve where they have a masked man come out in all black(that being Triple H) take out both Kane and Mysterio, than come back out during the Nexus vs Team WWE Match and help Nexus win and at the end he reveals himself to be Triple H. That way you conquer both major storylines, Trips can say he's the one who attacked the Undertaker and he put together this Nexus, thus explaining the Bigger Picture Barrett keeps talking about.
Another scenario I've heard thrown out there is The Miz filling in as the 7th member of Team WWE, only to turn on his team and reveal himself as the mastermind behind Nexus all along; it would offer a kayfabe explanation for Daniel Bryan's release, as well as explain the identity of the limo driver who took off with Bret Hart in the backseat after his attack, serving as a recall of their short-lived feud over the U.S. Title.
It would certainly work within the confines of the storyline, but I wouldn't be satisfied with that resolution as it'd be too safe. Miz is already over with the crowd as a heel and he wouldn't provide as big of a swerve as a Cena or HHH heel turn.
Yeah your right The Miz doing it is TOO SAFE like you said. The Miz is over and right now it's a matter of building him up to be legit so when he becomes WWE Champion he's legit where it's believable.
Ok Found this and just like the Triple H thing where he told people Who knows and winked when asked about being the 7th member, it's hard to read into it but certainly it makes you wonder.
"Bryan Danielson canceled his appearance for NYWC in New York last night. He cited a family conflict but said he would be at the August 28 show. Danielson has no bookings on a Monday night listed on his website. He also is not booked on Night of Champions night."
Hmm... So he canceled his appearance right when SS is happening, and he isn't listed for any Monday Nights and NOC night, does Danielson return anytime soon?
That just tells me that they'll continue to underutilize the homegrown TNA talent just to make room for the ECW guys. I can smell a gradual defection to WWE and ROH very soon...
Oh Yeah me too, I'll welcome Samoa Joe, AJ Styles, MCMG, Beer Money, any of the Knockouts that can wrestle(hope Vince signs Awesome Kong or ODB) to the WWE with welcome arms. I'm holding out hope Kurt Angle returns, Jeff Hardy, and Mr. Kennedy return and they bring back Mickie James and Shelton Benjamin.
All I know for tonight is this for the Nexus vs Team WWE match, to have it have any kind of impact and for them to do the defection of a WWE Star to Nexus it needs to have a Hulk Hogan Heel Turn effect, as in it would shake the wrestling world. John Cena fits that bill and it would shake up not only WWE but the wrestling world in general.
Thanks FF
Much appreciated.
If my bills were due at a later date, I may have had the money to buy SS's web broadcast. But sadly, I'm broke til wednesday. On a somewhat related note, I'm baffled by Money in the Bank still costing $45 when it's a replay of a month old PPV.
Wow.. you need to find a site that lets you watch it online for Free. I found a good site and been watching every PPV this year with the exception of the RR since I didn't find the stream I use until the Elimination Chamber. I have had no issues plus it's free!
I wouldn't care if he is face or heel just wanna pump that Motorhead.HHH come back lol!
lol than put Triple H's theme on your Ipod or something so you can always hear it whenever lol. That's what I did, I have an entire play list of WWE Theme Songs mixed in with some old WCW Themes.
Who's Ready for Summer Slam?
As cool as the HHH scenario would be, I'd still love to see a Cena heel turn above all else. I know I shouldn't hold my breath for it, but then again, it has been reported that a heel turn would be one of three possible scenarios for the finish -- and the finish is allegedly supposed to be something big to continue the angle, so that would rule out a clean finish of any sort.
Yeah it seems like just like I have stuck with the Triple H costing Team WWE the win at Summer Slam, you have stuck with the Cena Heel turn happening. I still like the idea of keeping Triple H off until he is fully healthy and don't rush him back like they did with Edge, and have Cena turn Heel and have The Rock be the savior of the WWE leading to a Rock vs Cena match at WM 27.
Though I was also thinking to that maybe Triple H does end up being the 7th member, like The Miz cashes in and becomes Champion to take him out of the equation or The Miz just refuses to join Team WWE, and Triple H is a "last minute replacement" and Triple H turns on Cena at the end of the match.
You are right Fran Cena needs to turn Heel and this might be the perfect time to do it with Orton seemingly becoming the Face of the WWE with how popular he has gotten.
Here's something interesting.... I was reading a report on the SummerSlam Axxess and here's what it said at the bottom:
At the Axxess VIP Signing, HHH showed up.Many people asked him if he would be the seventh man for team WWE. He just kept winking his eye and said, "Who Knows".
Source: http://www.ewrestlingnews.com/headlines/Two_Reports_From_WWE_SummerSlam_Axxess_Inside.php
You know every time I read about meet & greets with wrestlers I always hear good things about them and in the article it talks how everybody was down to earth and signed anything the fans brought. I really wish there was a way to keep up with wrestling signings to where you can go meet the superstars.
Though the important thing was the Triple H appearance and how he winked his eye and said "Who Knows" about him being the 7th member, but the funny thing in the article was that Sheamus kept putting on sun screen on his face every 5 minutes... LOL.
Edit: I still think Triple H will turn Heel and cost Team WWE the match against Nexus and reveal himself as the Nexus leader. It wouldn't surprise me to see something where it comes down to Cena by himself against 2 or 3 members of the Nexus, the ref get knocked down and when Cena is about to try to take on all remaining members of Nexus, Motorhead plays through the speakers and Triple H comes out and sides with Cena with the sledge hammer in hand.... than BAM! Sledgehammer to Cena and a mugging commends on Cena and Barrett gets the pin and Triple H and the members of Nexus celebrate to the end show.
One thing I noticed is WWE will kill momentum of over wrestlers they don't want in the title picture by watering down their gimmicks and cutting their appearances and promos, then they'll give guys like McIntyre a super push despite the XPac heat. They really don't like when someone gets over accidentally.
That is the absolute truth. especially the appearances apart, when I saw MVP on SD I was like where has he been at, it's been forever since I seen MVP.
This is interesting... WWE Divas Tiffany has been suspended and Drew McIntyre got assaulted!
http://www.ewrestlingnews.com/headlines/Huge_Update_-_WWE_Diva_Arrested_-_Drew_McInty.php
Tiffany, real name Taryn Terrell, was arrested at 8AM on Sunday August 8th at a hotel in West LA. She was charged with a misdemeanor (believed to be assault although that is not confirmed) against her husband and WWE superstar Drew McIntyre.First security, then police were called to a hotel following a domestic disturbance between the two. Terrell was taken into custody and booked into Van Nuys Valley Jail at 10:26 AM. Bail was set at $20,000 and Terrell was released at 4:55PM the same day. No charges were laid against McIntyre; in fact he was not even taken into custody.
Terrell is set to appear in court on September 2nd at LA Municipal Court, Division 141. She has been "suspended indefinitely," though there is a belief that she will be fired over this. In the past people have been released for incidents in hotels during WrestleMania week, so SummerSlam week may well be the same.
Poor Drew I wonder what he did to make her mad, and Tiffany don't even seem like a violent type she is more like the girl next door.
So my guess is that Kane will bring down a casket to the ring at Summerslam and sometime during or after the match the Undertaker will be popping out of it
That wouldn't surprise me. Wow... an MVP sighting. MVP and Swagger storyline, interesting does that mean Swagger is down to mid card or is MVP getting ready for a Main Event Push?
Hey not sure if anyone saw WWE Karaoke Week on Lopez Tonight but from Monday-Tonight they had different Superstars come on and sing different songs to help promote Summer Slam and on Monday, it was Dolph Ziggler, Tuesday was R-Truth, Wed was David Otunga and tonight on the finale was none other than Mr. Money In the Bank... The Miz. I would recommend you watch the Miz's performance. Here is a link:

You can watch Truth, Ziggler, and Otunga's performances if you just click on their box when you scroll down. To be dead honest, The Miz was the best one, because he just looked like he was truly having fun with it. Check it out at the link above
So right now the current after research it sounds like 4 girls & 4 guys for NXT S3.
Richie Steamboat(Ricky's son), Tyler Black and Consequences Creed will be 3 of the guys for Season 3.
Wow... another TNA guy going right to NXT like Kaval did. That is so dumb, ok part of me even though I think it would be better for Tyler Black to join the SES and have Punk help build him up I can understand why Black will be on NXT, but Creed... come on Vince, Franchise was right Vince needs to stop putting it against guys who come from other companies and build upon their past. I at least hope Punk can be Tyler Black's Pro at least.
4 Divas... that's good we need some young blood in the Divas that know how to wrestle. Now what I want to know is this, what are the chances Vince signs Awesome Kong and ODB(both former TNA Stars) and brings them on to NXT Season 3 instead of building off their past?
I havent sene much of Black, but from what I seen on youtube, this kid is great. Not sure if he could ever be at the main event level in WWE, maybe midcard, but I guess we will see.
I assume he will be on Season 3.
Yeah that's what I read will be the plan. It's amazing how Vince just don't bring him in right from the get go on SD, feud with CM Punk or have him join the SES and work with Punk since both are from ROH and build him up similar to how Triple H/Flair helped make Orton/Batista when they were in Evolution. I think it would be smart to have a young guy join the SES and have him be built up to leave the group and go on his own(similar to Evolution and how it helped Orton/Batista) and I think because of the ROH connection him joining the SES wouldn't be a bad thing.
Oh Yeah... I fully expect The Miz to join and be the 7th member of Team WWE, than I expect to hear Motorhead toward the end of the match and Triple H comes out with his sledge hammer and Helps Nexus win. I know he is injured but come on like I said earlier, they said Cena was going to be out past WM 24 than he comes and wins the Rumble, so whose to say Triple H coming off injury and surgery can do enough to where he can join Nexus and hit members of Team WWE with a sledge hammer and celebrate with Nexus.
meh shoulda went to bed I coulda seen this tomorrow lol.Wasn't a bad Raw just wanted more popp at the end. Still long to hear Motorhead come over the PA
Wait for Sunday....

what the heck!!!
Those Creative Writers need to learn the word SWERVE!
They just showed once again why nobody likes Cena because he just showed off his Super Man Gimmick once again.
That just made the PPV horrible, Nexus needed to win, yet they chose to send the kids home happy, way to go Vince, you dropped the ball on another storyline.
Nexus needed to win, I don't understand why they chose Team WWE, Nexus needed the win more to help the storyline. Why?
