    Yes I'm mad about missing the playoffs but then I see Cleveland who fires their HC after only one season, and I feel better about what we have done with Harbaugh/Flacco since 2008.

      I have to disagree with you. are team is not that young. Are team is lacking intensity. Ray being gone has really hurt this team, in the will to win sense. There is no other human on earth like 52. So we can't blame anyone for his lack of leadership not being here. I personally hope we get the best draft position we can. It wouldn't hurt us to get young IMHO. lets go get a few studs in the draft this year, Let Marlon grow and get stronger, and hope for the best next year.
