    When we beat the Chargers... Ray gave the team a pregame speech. We beat the Rams... Ed Reed gave the team a pregame speech. This truly shows we are missing a leader in the locker room. I believe if Suggs didn't get hurt, he would be that guy. Then when Suggs retires, we again have nobody. We need to find a locker room leader for 2016.

      Don't think the Ravens won because Ed Reed gave a speech. They did what they have been doing all season which is spotty play, penalties. They just got away with it this week. You don't need to be loud and rah rah to be a leader.

      I noticed that as well, the team thrives when it has a vocal leader who the team believes in. I really would like that to be CJ, he seems like he's coming into his own more and more and he's good enough that the whole team will respect what he has to say
