      Mom - No, they hired some guy from the college ranks who has NFL experience as a WR.

      The Ravens hired Engram... The guy worked as an offensive assistant with the 49ers in 2011. Then in in 2012 and 2013, he was the wide receivers coach at the University of Pittsburgh. Before that, he was a wideout with the Chicago Bears, Seattle Seahawks and the Kansas City Chiefs.
