      That was exactly the problem gabefergy. People might still be suing, but the problem was the NFL didn't disclose everything they knew.

      Um, anyone with a little bit of common sense should know that getting hit in the head at full speed will hurt, or even kill, you. Duhhh

      This entire thing makes no sense to me. If you take any other dangerous job in the USA you sign a waiver admitting you're aware of the risks & will not hold the company responsible. Get them to sign waivers. Who doesn't know there is a serious injury risk with football?
