Agreed ravensdfan... it's like volunteering to go pound your head against a brick wall until you get a major concussion, and then you go and sue the people who own that brick building. It's insane.
Best was drafted in 2010, same year NFL started to really crackdown on concussions.
He doesn't have a snowballs chance.
If he played 20 years ago, when the NFL was covering up the effects of head trauma in football he'd have a case.
The NFL has done everything they can do to cut down on concussions besides getting better helmets. All the time players talk about how the found better helmets. But at the same time Best had a concussion problem in college so he should have either looked into using these better helmets or left the NFL before he really got hurt like Ryan Swope did.
