    Looks like we'll lose Caldwell. Time for the Principal(AKA Biscotti) to step in, over ride Harbs BFF choice for new OC and hire the right OC.

      I'm not questioning his ability as a head coach whatsoever, nor am I saying any and all personnel changes are garbage, biased, and unreliable, however I digress to your point. It's a result driven business. This was an 8-8 season, not acceptable results in the long term. I don't have a huge issue with it this season, but my perspective on Harbaugh is less his ability to run the team, but more his inability to own up to his blatant mistakes.       Tbf, we went 8-8 with an offence that had a lot of correctable errors. Ask the Falcons how they'd feel about swapping situations this year.
