  1. WWE.com has confirmed Serena's release and some sad news to pass along but for those who remember former Female Wrestler(it would be odd calling her a Diva) Luna Vachon has been found dead in her mothers home. She was 48. http://www.ewrestlingnews.com/headlines/BREAKING_NEWS_Luna_Vachon_Found_Dead.php I wonder how between Lance Cade and now Luna will affect Linda's campaign now. Also there are some surprises planned for Monday's 900th Raw, names from the past will be appearing but no names have been revealed.(yet... though I know some names will be out before Monday's Raw) http://www.ewrestlingnews.com/headlines/900th_RAW_Surprises_Planned__How_Old_Is_Khali.php
  2. I wish the SES would just break up and have Punk just say he is disbanding the SES and say how he had success without them and don't need them and he leaves or they go with adding Tyler Black to where he eventually breaks off the SES facing Punk once he is ready OR they keep Punk Heel and bring in Black as a Face right off and goes into a feud with Punk where Black convinces the SES to leave and Punk is a phony, etc. I can see a # 1 Contender Match on Raw where it's The Usos vs Cody Rhodes/Drew McIntyre. The reason I say that is that the Tag Titles are defended on both brands and watching SD last week it seems they are going for a Dashing Tag Team(pun intended) of Rhodes and McIntyre. I can see Rhodes/McIntyre going after the HD for a little bit, not winning at NOC but winning eventually.
  3. Here's an update on Serena's firing. Apparently and I'm not making this stuff up, Serena was fired because "she was not "living out" her Straight Edge Society persona in public." Source: http://www.ewrestlingnews.com/headlines/The_Latest_On_Serenas_Firing_From_WWE_Inside_.php Wow........... Unbelievable fired because she doesn't live out her SES character in public, Really? Really Vince? Ok so now Vince is controlling not only what they do on screen but how they run their life outside the WWE? Come on Vince, while the Undertaker was in a "vegetate state" he got married breaking Kayfabe right there proving he wasn't hurt yet he stays... oh wait he's Undertaker. Are we to believe Kane goes around beating up on people and wanting to put people in caskets in real life? No, these are real people with real lifes and real names. Are we to believe Steve Borden(AKA Sting) goes around every day wearing face paint to stay in character? No, he doesn't. Man I have to got to think other than backstage politics this is the worst thing to fire someone over. I mean I remember on the ECW Rise & Fall DVD Sandman played his role in public when he was "blind" and had his wife answer the door and he wouldn't go out anywhere to stick with the storyline. In that instance and that storyline, it worked that he portrayed it in public to sell it but they don't have to be in character all the time Vince.
  4. One member of the SES has been released.... Serena. http://www.ewrestlingnews.com/headlines/Breaking_News_Serena_Gone_From_WWE.php Why does the WWE release Divas who can wrestle???
  5. - raise hand in sarcasm- Yeah pretty much I knew that, I was actually thinking Orton would be last due to his popularity rising but whatever works. That was great giving Barrett a taste of his own medicine but hey it can't be a WWE Title match without Cena right... I mean who else would they have given the last spot to and who Cena would have faced at NOC?
  6. Your not going to go all Michael Cole on us now are you? lol Well for one The Miz needs to lose the US Title eventually and it seems like they are setting up Bryan getting the US Title from The Miz and after that The Miz will move on to the WWE Championship. Yeah the shots of the announce table seeing Lawler/Cole not talking when you can hear them talking was horrible. I mean at the end when Cole was going on his weekly Daniel Bryan hate speech and they showed the announce booth you couldn't see Cole all getting mad and stuff. I know it seems like a small thing but it just doesn't seem right seeing them not talking yet you hear the voice over of them talking. Edit: I'm noticing it too with the Santino/Kozlov vs Usos match. At one point you hear the commentary from Cole yet you see Cole talking to someone next to him. I don't get why since they are out there they just go about it the same way if it was live and have them do their commentary as usual instead of having them do voice overs for the parts where they aren't on TV.
  7. Wow.... the effects of taping a show. This just takes away from this match, I mean granted the commentary is great but when you hear the commentary and at the same time you see Lawler/Cole not talking. I'm watching Cena vs The Miz and you can hear the commentary from Lawler/Cole but they are not really talking. When they had just small views of King/Cole they are sitting there just watching the match, no lips moving they are just sitting there looking at the monitor yet the problem is you hear the commentary making it seem like they are talking. Big screw up by the production crew when they edited the show together.
  8. John Cena vs The Miz.... should be interesting. Cena the present vs the future of the WWE... The Miz! I just hope The Miz don't get buried by Cena and is allowed to look good to where a loss to Cena won't lose him any momentum he has gotten since winning MITB.
  9. I think he is suppose to be apart of NXT 3 along with Tyler Black, Consequences Creed and 5 other people. What you guys think will happen tonight on Raw? Does Young get replaced by a new member or will the Nexus stay at 6? Edit: LOL I forgot Raw was taped already which I guess is a good thing so I won't know what happens tonight but still I forgot it was taped so I guess we do know what happened on Raw if you saw the spoilers.
  10. HOLY CRAP! He looks like he could be Batista's son and people would get him mixed up as a second generation superstar. If anything Mason Ryan could be a better wrestler than Batista so that certainly could be a plus. Passing judgment on him already? Sure his promos have been boring but for him to go over Rey Mysterio cleanly was a sign he was brought in to do some big things. Plus I saw that on wwe.com when his bio went live on the SD Roster page... it said "Are you ok with this for Del Rio's bio. Just asking because I know he's supposed to be a big deal, fairly quick." Source: http://www.ewrestlingnews.com/headlines/A_Hilarious_WWE.com_Mistake_Cena_Note_Linda-C.php So first we get the Daniel Bryan screw up 15 minutes before he debuted and now someone posted that on Del Rio's bio that wasn't suppose to be there, I think someone will be losing their job on the web site soon.
  11. If they change anything it should be that WWE title belt. The World Heavyweight Title shouldn't be changed, in fact when Cena won the WHC I was afraid he was going to make that a spinner belt. I'm thinking they have the perfect opportunity to get rid of the spinner belt when The Miz becomes the first Awesome WWE Champion. The Miz can win and when he does he can introduce a new belt, and hopefully it's the old 2004 version and say how he isn't John Cena, he's not Randy Orton, he's not Triple H, he's not HBK, etc and go on a promo about introducing his era as Champion. I mean we had the Age of Orton so The Miz well he can have it simply be known as "The Era of Awesome!!"
  12. I'm not sure anything TNA does will top that. Unless TNA decides to bring in Arquette and some Hollywood actor and makes him TNA Champion, than they have done worse. Yes I agree becoming WCW lite and using ECW Stars and having a ECW PPV is the worst decisions they made. I mean Joey Styles even hated the idea of another ECW PPV show. It wouldn't surprise me to see more TNA defections to the WWE soon, I mean Creed will be apart of NXT 3, Homicide may go and I'm still waiting for Kong or ODB or both to go over to WWE. Here's an interesting Interview with Paul Heyman, he discusses Brock Lesnar, MMA/UFC, WWE and the rumors of signing with TNA. The interview is the video at the bottom of the page, I recommend listening to the full interview, granted it's over an hour but it's a must listen too. Paul Heyman at his best. http://www.ewrestlingnews.com/headlines/The_Latest_On_Paul_Heyman__TNA_Wrestling_Insi.php The most interesting things about this interview is that he keeps saying multiple times how TNA isn't ready for him and his ideas and the most intriguing is around the 53 minute mark he says that "If I was a Legend you don't want Paul Heyman to walk in the door. If your over 40 I would cut your chopping head off."
  13. TNA keeps feeling the effects of Hogan & Bischoff as they have let another talented person go. Former TNA Tag Team Champion and X-Division Champ Homicide as been released. Homicide said this on his twitter: "my tna days is over, thank u for the staff members and the boys and girls in the locker room, had a great run, bbllaattt187 for life yes, hopefully in 4 weeks im 100%, then i make a descion where im going to go and do" WWE Bound maybe? Is the TNA Defection to the WWE going to start? I read Consequences Creed(former TNA Talent) will be apart of NXT Series 3 along with Tyler Black so I wonder what they will do with Homicide. Maybe since they have that new Latin guy on SD maybe they can bring in Homicide to pair him up with and go after the Tag Titles. I also find it funny how Bischoff & Hogan arrive and some of the best TNA talents are now gone or mis used as read above with Homicide's case.
  14. I forgot about that, thanks for reminding me. Yeah plus can we really see The Miz fighting in a Hell IN a Cell in the main event, no. Certainly he is a future WWE Champion believe me, as you can see by my avatar I'm a big of him, I just hope that he don't cash in until WM or after WM, since he won MITB in July, he has until July of 2011 to use it so it's possible they could have him feud with Daniel Bryan for a few months and have him fend off Bryan and other guys for the US Title to keep him busy and build him up as legit which I think that was the plan for The Miz. About that bloody brutal mess part... it's WWE PG, so there won't be no blood even if the HIAC match style calls for blood.
  15. Hey don't worry about it, I read the spoilers myself I was just saying cause someone wouldn't want to know what happened so with the spoiler tag it keeps it safe. I could see the Usos going up against the Hart Dynasty and maybe Truth/Morrison and I could see the SES but at this point they should end it because it's doing nothing for anybody. I figured CM Punk as the leader would have been WHC, Serena may have been able to wrestle and get the Women's title, but nothing. I mean if you think about it CM Punk hasn't had success since forming the SES. CM Punk can say he's tired of helping people and that he don't need them(Mercury, Gallows and Serena) and go on about how successful he was before the SES and get back to the Main Event whenever this Kane/Taker thing is over with, maybe have Punk built up to win the Rumble or something. I can't help but think that Wade Barrett or The Miz will walk out of NOC as the WWE Champion. I mean certainly Barrett could to help Nexus regain some major momentum and just maybe since it the title is defended in a 6 pack with 6 superstars, the winner of the match whether it's Sheamus, Barrett, Cena, Jericho, Orton, will probably be tired and it would be the perfect opportunity for The Miz to cash in.
  16. I'll say this... next time use the spoiler thing so we don't know the matches. Yeah next week's Raw was taped Monday Night ATD so the spoilers have been posted. It seems like it is going to be a great show next week and yes it does count as Barrett's PPV match, Barrett came out and said he was going to use it at NOC and the GM chimed in and made it a 6 pack so yes this does count as his title shot he was guaranteed. I believe the 900th episode of Raw is in 2 weeks correct, you got next week than I think the week after is the 900th episode... wow no matter when it is that is a lot of episodes man, starting in 1993 and here we are in 2010 and they are getting ready for the 900th edition of Monday Night Raw. NOC does look better than SS, when you think about it we'll probably have a title unification match between Melina and LayCool so that will cover the Divas/Women's championship and hopefully when they unify them they keep the Women's belt and not make a whole new one like they did with the tag titles. The Miz vs Bryan for the US Title is a big possibility, and we'll have Kane vs Undertaker for the WHC, and some random two people to face the Hart Dynasty. Overall NOC will be a much better PPV than SS, at least it's shaping up that way.
  17. Interesting... Slater won. Will any member of Nexus being eliminated tonight. I guess this is WWE's way of getting them redemption after Summer Slam. Though I just can't see Young beating Cena... just can't see Super Cena losing to Darren Young.
  18. Nexus has been perfect so far.. why do I have a feeling Slater will lose to Edge and Darren Young will lose to Cena getting Nexus down to 5 members?
  19. Your right, 1st hour has went by and so far we have got 3 matches, The Hart Dynasty getting new tag belts and a Cena/Nexus promo. Now they are hinting toward Vince McMahon being the GM because of him hating Bret Hart... interesting. Ok Never mind, Gabriel stays in Nexus thanks to Sheamus. I can't see that happening with the Miz, certainly I can see Bryan interfering and preventing the Miz from cashing in but I can't see him costing him his match. I can see The Miz losing the US Title to Bryan at NOC than cashing in and winning after he loses the US Title.
  20. Great Way to continue to the Miz/Bryan Feud. That should be interesting. Now that the Miz cost Bryan his match against Tarver why do I foreshadow The Miz trying to cash in on Sheamus and Bryan screwing that up?
  21. I agree, I think Jericho understands that he won't be around forever, Triple H won't be around forever and others won't be around and that he is doing his best to help make stars. It wouldn't surprise me to see Jericho offer to be a Pro on NXT 3. New Tag Belts? Glad to see they are having 1 set but they could have kept the same belts and just dropped 1, those new belts look ugly, but I'll get use to them. If anything they need to get rid of that spinner belt and go back to the WWE Championship that was around in 2004. Hopefully The WWE realizes the perfect opportunity they have on getting rid of the spinner belt by having The Miz win the Championship. He can come out on Raw after winning, and say he's not John Cena, and this belt makes me sick and go on a promo about how he is different and he can bring back the traditional belt. Bryan vs Tarver, and damn Michael Cole what did Bryan did to make you hate him so much.
  22. Interesting, Team WWE vs Nexus again but this time individual matches. Nexus gets to choose their opponents except for Wade Barrett who faces Chris Jericho. Apparently if any of the Nexus Members lose they will be out of the group.
  23. nice little spoiler lol. So what does everyone expect to happen tonight on Raw? - How does the Nexus regain credibility as a group after losing when they needed the win? - Does The Miz try to cash in but this time Daniel Bryan interferes and prevent the Miz from cashing in leading to a feud between them? - Will Sheamus and Orton continue their feud or will Sheamus have a new challenger not named Orton or Miz. - Will the GM explain when he will reveal himself?
  24. Yeah you have a point. If Triple H was even just healthy enough to do a surprise return and hit Cena with a pedigree or a Sledge Hammer than Nexus would have won. I am still going to say Triple H will be behind it all but because of his injury it's being delayed for now which si why they went with Bryan returning. Thinking about it a win by Team WWE makes sense, Nexus has had the upper hand on Raw ever since they debuted. So a Team WWE win makes things even but certainly Nexus has to come out as the stronger unit at NOC to keep things going.
  25. They needed that tonight. They needed it at Summer Slam. It's not something that can be done on Raw, I mean tonight was the night they needed it to happen. If they are saving it for Raw it's useless. Triple H turning heel and helping Nexus on Raw has no effect but him doing it at a PPV, means ratings for Raw. It's like if WCW had Hogan come out and save the day and turn heel the next night Nitro over Bash at The Beach. I mean Triple H should have came out and cost Cena, and not Cena going all super man on Nexus 2 minutes after he was laid out. Now I don't want you guys to think that I'm mad they didn't go my route of Triple H joining Nexus, because I'm not I'm more mad at the fact that Cena won the match after being laid out 2 minutes before he eliminated Gabriel and Barrett. Sure I would have loved to been right about Triple H costing Team WWE but you can't be right all the time but how can you believe you can go from being planted on the ground to making someone tap in 2 minutes.
