  1. It seems to be difficult to find Chuck Clark tape that looks anything like a highlight reel..interesting considering he managed to get over 200 tackles in the last 2 seasons
  2. I'm a Virginia Tech fan and this confused me
  3. Just watched his "highlights" from the toledo game on youtube..it was really rough.
  4. I cant help but laugh at how he keeps being called "big" at 6'0" 197 lbs, and Tavon young was considered abnormally small to a red flag extent at 5'9" 180 lbs..it's 3 inches and less than 20 lbs lol I guess only 5'11" CBs that weigh about 190 lbs are considered "normal"
  5. I agree with a lot of this but I assume the team we tried to trade up with last night would have wanted a 3rd rounder
  6. The report was that it was a team "in the teens" after lattimore was already gone, so probably Cardinals or eagles for either Reddick or barnett, maybe hooker
  7. I wish Harbaugh's seat would get hot but his leash is far too long for him to actually have much worry. A situation where all his past successes will probably hinder our future ones. I would bet he gets another year at the least regardless of how poorly this season ends. It's a shame that two straight weeks he makes the poor decision to go for it on 4th downs rather than utilizing the best kicker in the league and giving us the best chance to win at the end of games. It's a bigger shame that not many people (and no writers on this site) talk about how poor the decisions have been due mostly to how many other mistakes have served as a scapegoat to his coaching performance, like penalties and injuries. Bottom line is, regardless of how many other mistakes we've made in these games, Harbaugh has blown the most important in game decisions for two straight weeks, yet he'll remain one of the safest guys in the organization.
  8. Year after year I spend the offseason hoping we will pick up or draft a top flight CB, and year after year we pay the price for ignoring this glaring need on our team. I just don't get it.
  9. I like this guy a lot although I feel he'd be better suited staying at the DE position that he was in college, and we could use one with kaufusi out for the year
  10. Well, I think we can all agree the injury is quite absurd, but after all the time Pitta has already missed, I'm sure the coaches know that risking further injury would be ill-advised. Also, he probably has better chemistry with his best buddy Flacco than anybody else on the roster, so they aren't overly concerned with the extra reps before he's fully healthy. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if they place him on PUP-designated to return to make room for a guy like Jeremy Butler, although I hope they'll both be in the team's plans for week 1.
  11. Per usual, it's our CB play we need to worry about, not our run defense. Jerraud Powers and Shareece Wright both looked awful.
  12. Hmm..Where have I heard this before? Harbaugh downplaying the extent of an injury in which he has zero qualification to make an educated judgement upon..and for those saying he is only relaying what the doctors are telling him..you're wrong. The doctors are not being as bold/assumptive as harbaugh makes it appear.
  13. For the love of run-on sentences! My goodness Eisenberg break it up a bit that was a tough read
  14. The draft was solid but I don't know how long it's going to take us to realize we haven't been good at finding CB talent late in the draft. Should have used the 3rd rounder on Fuller, and Kaufusi could have still been there in the 4th
  15. Both Mel Kiper and Todd Mcshay had Correa ranked higher than Spence in their final "big boards". NFL Network's Mike Mayock and Daniel Jerimiah had him ranked 8 and 5 spots behind Spence, respectively. Add in the fact that the character concerns between the two are night and day, and I think they made another safe pick in the end.
