Hostler, Harbaugh and Castillo as the offensive minds.....I cringe at the possibility, we thought last season was bad.

I know I get grief for this, but next season we play 4 team with new coaches and if  this team struggles with those teams, forget about it because the 2015 season we play the NFC West and the AFC West. Check out those teams and tell me what you think  our record could be.

After watching the interview, my vote first for Kyle then Wilson.

Hostler got a second interview?? And we still haven't picked anyone? I'm beginning to wonder what we are looking for in an OC. It's not like the 3 guys with second interviews have anything in common. At this point I just want someone to fill the role so we can start preparing for next year.

If you want to give a person a second chance pick Jim......If you want a guy that has something to prove pick Wilson..

Basically Jim Hostler was fired from the 49ners for being hardheaded. read the second web page. Does that sound like the Ravens now? Jim was the receivers coach last year. With all the receivers we have and yet were still looking for another receiver? He could not develop the guys we had? Something wrong here but maybe he has gotten better?

Make it easier, fire every offensive coach and just hire all three Kyle, Lineham, and Wilson case solve.

After watching the news and local sports channels I get the feeling it's going to be in house and Jim is one on their list.

I see no scenario where Harbaugh is fired prior to the 2016 season, regardless of how the next two seasons go. What you have the credentials that he does, you don't get fired that quickly. All of this talk about him coaching for his job this season is just fan myths created from nothing. He's as safe as Belichick is at this point Mr. Bisciotti remarked in his state of the ravens address. Only one chance to fail on his watch. Then he took the whole lot to the wood-shed or Jupiter Fla. for a good ole fashion tail whooping. So, no one is safe.

They need to get this young offense line working a lot better. Next year's team strength scheduled is about the same as last year but 2015 Ravens play NFC West and AFC West. Very, very, tough divisions and if Raven go into that year with the line as bad as it was this year it will be ugly then the firing topic will spread.
