i have no idea how contracts work when a player gets released but on the cheap imo a healthy foster is a top 3 back. but health and foster dont go well.

was he hurt all season? dude almost threw about as many Picks as TD's and that was when SSR was healthy. I love Flacco but really question him mentally after how bad this last year was. he threw as many picks in 9 games as he did the year before... i know the OL factors in but he was sacked 40 times in a season and threw 12 INTs Heck in 2015 he was on track to being sacked the 2nd least amount that he ever has.
