  1. I would've loved to see them pick a WR, but let's be honest, they were all gone before the 16th pick. And instead of focusing on giving Flacco "better" weapons, how about we focus on Flacco better utilizing the weapons he already has? I believe we already have a very solid group of WRs with Wallace, Perriman, Campanaro and Moore. What we need is a better running game and a healthy Flacco.
  2. Every time I see Camp make a play I wonder how good he could've been by now if it weren't for all his injuries. Let's hope he finally has a solid injury-free year.
  3. The only thing I remember from Jernigan were his dumb, undisciplined penalties that ruined drives and games.
  4. The biggest cruise ship ever built is barely wide enough to house a regulation sized football field. Yeah.. nice try.
  5. Good thing Tony Jefferson had a completely different mindset..
  6. Maybe he realizes that because of his injury history it won't be easy to find a new team despite being the leading TE and that he kinda owes the Ravens for keeping him on the team all that time (getting paid without contributing).
  7. "Much needed speed at wide receiver". Of all the things we need, a speedy WR is about the last thing on that list.
  8. You know where you stand as an organization when players rather come play for you than take a bigger contract elsewhere. Really excited to see him play.
  9. If we can add one more legit CB to play opposite of Jimmy Smith, we will have one scary backfield.
  10. That's a LOT of money for a fullback.. Put any big TE with decent blocking skills back there and you have pretty much the same deal. Juice was a great player for us, but nothing more than that. And don't forget that a lot of his catches were useless check-downs. Don't make it bigger than it is.
  11. Anyone else worried by the idea of Hurst starting at RT next season?
  12. Ryan's only mistake of the evening was allowing the sack that put them out of fieldgoal range, and what a costly mistake that was.
  13. Exactly, we have seen enough of those "project" drafts who may or may not one day develop into a decent player. Especially our first couple of picks need to be players who can contribute.
  14. As much as I would like to see Williams back with us next year, you know there's gonna be a team with too much money who offers him a contract the Ravens simply can't match. Unless Williams values a great organization over a couple more millions, there's no way the Ravens can keep him.
  15. Although Williams is a beast, we already have a promising backup in Michael Pierce, so it would surprise me if the Ravens offer him a big contract. Trying to keep Wagner might be more realistic since good RTs are harder to find and we don't have a decent backup on the team to replace him.
