The problem with going with another QB is Joe is one level below the elite group and that includes Big Ben. 

 an elite QB is very difficult to find. The Patriots lucked into Brady as a 6th rounder I believe. 

Harbaugh is on the hot seat big time after retaining all staff. 

No playoffs means they all get fired .

This year, the Ravens can't do bettet than 9-7 and will miss the playoffs. Harbaugh fired his offensive coordinator and not much changed. Harbaugh especially wanted a run game and the Ravens had been running even less until these past two games.

That's not really a good look on any front. It's going to look entirely like Ray, Ed, and Kubiak are the reason for the Ravens success. I'm not saying that's true at all, but it'll look that way. 

Similar to Rex with Roman, I think Harbaugh's tenure here is semi tied to Marty and that's not a good thing. You used Trestman as a fall guy and not a ton changed. That's a bad look.

Next season should be labeled Harbaugh's Last Stand .

There were already some signs of lost control during the final game against Cincy . Harbaugh's teams always fought hard in meaningless games but did you see any in that game ?

I disagree . If we go 8-8 or worse , John is gone and a new head coach will be hired . 

Things went downhill fast like I expected when Kubiak left for Denver . 

We need someone of Kubiak's ability as OC and I don't see it with Marty . 

Pees is a good DC until the 4th quarter where we have lost more games with leads than at any time in Ravens history . He is not the answer either . 

No playoffs next year and John , Marty and Dean will all be gone , guaranteed .

That's the whole point of the front office bringing everyone back . 

If they fail by not getting to the playoffs they are ALL fired ! 

Dennison is the best choice . He will run the Kubiak system which tailored the offense to Joe's strengths. 

I saw none of that under Trestman or Marty. 

Pees and Marty are as good  as gone . Pees will either retire or get fired . There have been too many 4th quarter meltdowns over the years . 

And no it's not conditioning !

While he started off pretty bad , he was starting to get into a groove lately. 

If we had beat Pitt and gotten into the playoffs I think we could have done some real damage. 

The lack of a running game and a pass rush are the two things that surprised me. Both were really bad ,much worse than

I expected.

I second this. I have a lot of respect for Harbs, but next year may be his last if this continues. 

You can't continue to have 4th quarter meltdowns and expect to keep your job 

If he keeps dropping one out of every two - three passes he is a bust . 

Lets see what happens next year .

There is more than a pattern to these 4th quarter defensive meltdowns and no its not the conditioning of the players. 

Pees is simply a bad 4th quarter play caller. Its as simple as that. 

It is time for him to find another job. 

I knew with a minute left that the Steelers would at least get a field goal .Why? 

Because Pees is horrific in the 4th quarter with leads . 

This game confirms that he must go along with Marty.
