Joe Flacco

True but hopefully after this huge influx of defensive players ,we will have a big playmaker .
Think Tim Williams .
The boards closing I can live with.
But the Ravens closing the Westminster training camp where you could go and watch our team anytime was unacceptable.
I'm still angry over that cheap shot to diehard Ravens fans.
I have yet to get tickets, which is on a lottery ,to the Owings Mills complex.
I see Ozie's and Co.'s thinking. We may have average talent for Joe on offense but we can get into the playoffs with that and a better defense which
we now have after this draft.
Think about it. Joe , with a complete lack of talent on offense put us in a position to win in the 4th quarter with just minutes left on several occasions
over the last 2 years.
Maybe our D can make a 4th quarter stop now !
Tim Williams has by far the most talent out of anyone we picked in the draft!
Tim,please stay clean. This is your big chance .

Nope Watts a bum
I grade the draft a C+ . Here's an analysis from
one publication :

The Baltimore Ravens had the league's seventh-ranked defense last season. Only four teams recorded more takeaways, and only three surrendered fewer first downs. They lost two key offensive players—tackle Ricky Wagner and fullback Kyle Juszczyk—in free agency, but retained top defensive free agent Brandon Williams.
And yet in the first three rounds of the draft, a team in desperate team of reinforcements for quarterback Joe Flacco used all four of its draft picks on defensive players. And it's not even clear there are starting roles for cornerback Marlon Humphrey, linebacker Tyus Bowser, defensive end Chris Wormley or linebacker Tim Williams.
These were, generally, picks for the future, which is odd for a team that continues to lose important offensive players and has posted a winning record just once in the last four years.
Did the Ravens really have that luxury? They're putting a lot of eggs in questionable baskets on that side of the ball, which could end badly with guys like the unproven Breshad Perriman, the old and recently injured Danny Woodhead and whoever replaces Wagner.
This doesn't appear to be a team moving in the right direction.
I have to say that the picks after the 1st round were quite good.
Still not sold on Humphrie

Let me call Zierlein real quick - he said #11 to the Saints
Is McShay on your side - nope he had him at #19
How 'bout Kiper - try again, he had him at 28
Perhaps you should slow down on the powder and actually watch a player, because late second rounder is laughable. Link me the "experts" that you're talking about.
Kiper at 28 is more accurate but we picked him at 16 !!! Freaking 16 !!@!!!!!!!
16 minutes ago, Sami84 said:btw im not disagreeing that he could be a bust..im not sold on his corner abilities.. he might be a better linebacker or hypbrid saftey type
He will be a bust! A BUST!!!!!!!!!!JUST LIKE PERRIMAN
7 minutes ago, Sami84 said:he's an early second rounder or very late first IMO. No way a late second rounder.
This dude will be a bust! You heard it from me!!
Crybaby
4 minutes ago, hn68wb4 said:I think it's fair to have him there, I don't agree that he would be later than 25, but late 2nd rounder is ridiculous
Ok mid second
8 minutes ago, hn68wb4 said:He's only a late second rounder if you have no idea how to evaluate a player
Ask the experts reject. They said second round talent.
Ozzie , are you that hung up on Alabama players?
This dude is a late second round pick not no 16
EDIT _ MID SECOND ROUND!! LMAO

I just don't see why they're doing it because I promise them on my future grave, I'll never ever follow them on facebook or twitter ever period!
You still have time to reconsider and make Ravens fans really happy and relieved!
I'll send you a therapy dog with a Ravens jersey on .

OK, I lied. Now its creepy.
The snowflake is gonna need it!

I guess you didn't read the reasons why they closed it at all.
But hey, your infatuation with me is nothing to be ashamed of. Its certainly not creepy at all, no matter what anybody says.
'I'll send you a therapy dog as we get closer to the closing of this board.
I know you are gonna need it .

I'm on suspension from the forum until the end of the month, but clearly you couldn't live without me though...
You are very possibly a factor in the closing of the boards you live for! How ironic! It would not surprise me.
If I were the Ravens I would close it with your stupendous arrogance.
4 hours ago, rmcjacket23 said:LOL, there's 53 roster spots and a lot of them will be spent on guys who won't contribute beyond special teams.
If you're grand plan was to draft 2-3 corners in this draft and think they're going to come in right away and contribute, your expectations are unfounded.
This was always going to be a mix of FA corners (of which there isn't a ton) and rookies via the draft.
Are you still in a nervous breakdown over the forum closing?
And they dropped a TURDGEON!
I will move on mostly to Russell St report.
rmcjacket23 has been removed from his meds after hearing of the extended closing date!

Our run game was near last in the league last year .Overall, offense was 17th.
We need to vastly improve our run game . If we can do that, we are playoff bound next year.
