The offense with Trestman is in the most turmoil I have ever seen on a Ravens team .Joe is angry . I think it's a better than 50-50 chance he gets canned tomorrow .

This season is over if we do not fire Trestman . I'm not saying we will make the playoffs if we fire him but he is a terrible fit with our teams offensive personnel .

The biggest complaint Bears fans had was on 3 and 8 , receivers would run 5 yard patterns or he would have a designed 3 yard throw to a running back , praying he would get 5 yards on his own .

I think there's over a 50 % chance Trestman gets fired on Monday . I know Joe's comments about an embarrassing offense is directed mostly at Trestman . Its time to move on i gave Trestman the benefit of the doubt last year , his first year . The offense should be improved in his second year and it's way worse . Trestman's days are numbered
