I have always been a Flacco fan. He progressed nicely in his career, peaking at the SuperBowl. However, since then he has stalled and is now regressing. I know there are lots of excuses, OL, running game, etc.; but even with that, he should now be at a stage where he can carry the team. It used to bother me that he just sat on the bench while the defense was on the field. Now it is maddening. Brady, Brees, others study pictures of what the defense is doing; even though their heads are full already of what the defense is trying to do. They still believe they can learn more. It's like he does not want to be great; like he is satisfied where he is. At this stage in his career, he should know how to draw the other team off sides. I don't think i have ever seen him successfully do that. He should be fooling people with a quick count. He should be seeing the defense and calling changes that are effective. I don't know if he needs a really good QB coach or Tony Robbins.
