I believe it has become apparent that there needs to be some new blood in the front office. The decision making has become senile. Where we used to develop talent, including coaching talent, we now try on different old shoes. If someone happens to produce they often just leave. There is no central direction guiding this teams principals. In fact there seems to be confusion about direction altogether. And I believe this came about slowly over a long time so no one noticed or could pinpoint a day or year when it started. The crazy part is there are still remnants of finesse within the organization. But the team has lost it's way and no longer has the coordination necessary to work. We see spurts of excellence mixed in with some really bad elements.
