Caldwells scheme last year was horrific some may blame injuries but look how bad the Lions were on offense this year. They had the same problems we did. Couldnt run block or pass block. All of Staffords throws were 20 yards down the field. Horrible coaching on their parts and not finding strengths of the team.

Graham played better this year than be played 2 seasons with us. I think PFF had him as a top 10 CB this year

I know there's a lot of talk about our next OC but we should really consider bringing in Vic Fangio to the defensive side. At least as an assistant to the linebackers coach he has a lot of knowledge to give to our young LBs

Not a bad thing actually. Quick passes helped Flacco stay off the turf this year. I think Flacco goes through his progressions faster when he's under center. Plus the fact that everything looks the same opposing defenses didn't know if we were going to run, pass, or play action. It worked very well. I just hope our next coordinator gives Flacco more control of the offense Kubiak had some bad game plans this year especially against every AFC South team

Doug Marroone may actually be a good fit for us. A hurry up west coast offense and a zone run scheme is what he can install.

He played very well I also think Webb is slowly getting better he's played pretty well for the most part in the past 3 games

Sorry but I just feel like that money could be spent on the defense. Daryl Smith and Chris Clemons maybe even Mack. The drafts most talented position is WR and we're basically doing what we always do sign veteran WR and totally forget about it for the next 2-3 years even though it needs big time playmakers

So Colts are out of the center hunt with Phil Costa. So it's us against the Browns for Mack, but highly unlikely that we grab mack

Corey didn't play very well last season. I think now with more chemistry in the back end and Webb 100% and hopefully moving Elam to SS our secondary is going to be scary good

McKinnie was serviceable at times lol. Monroe was good, but not worth the amount he's asking for. If the salary cap is going to increase like this every year id pay Monroe what he wants, but its not guaranteed to increase.

They all struggled in either pass protection or run blocking. None of them can into the league and became top tackles. How did Khalil dominate if you just said that he isn't that great when it comes to run blocking. Thomas may have had the easiest transition but did commit a lot of penalties. All rookies have something they do very well and struggle in other areas. I don't understand how that translates to dominance. They all had growing pains. Believe me if i had a long list of elite tackles Monroe would be on it. Those where names of quality tackles some of them are elite others aren't. Im just trying to say that serviceable tackles aren't always drafted at the top of draft.

All three had growing pain they all didn't dominate from the gitgo. Khalil was horrible this year and Long can't stay healthy. Thomas has been one of the best in the league, but all three of them didn't come in and dominate from day 1.

Never said it was easy just said that the majority of elite tackles have been drafted outside of the top 15 or undrafted. Multiple factors have made it so hard for us to find a LT. Every team drafts differently if a certain player may not be BPA on Ozzies board and he may not want to draft him. Ozzie may not even be looking to draft a LT because he's had success finding manageable LTs for cheap on the free agent market. Coaching has also been an issue for us we may have talent but not developed it. There are a lot of problems with your statement.

Glenn isn't going to be replaced he's growing and is getting better and is probably a top 12 tackle already , I don't know where you get your info from but I hope it's not from these mock drafts that these so called experts claim. Solder was drafted at 17th were we are picking. Staley, Brown, Peters, Roos, Solder are elite tackles drafted after 15. All tackles take time to develop I can't remember the last time a tackle came in and dominated.

I can name a lot more if you really want me too. There are more starting and very good quality LTs that were drafted outside of the top 15 than there are starting tackles in the top 15
